Eh, I didn't love this book, but I didn't hate it either. What can I say? I wasn't a fan of most of the format. There was a quiz on practically every page that made it feel more like I was reading some cheesy Cosmo magazine, rather than a book, and I'm not into those magazines.
I found some of the information helpful, but some of it was tedious.
I also did not like that it took a dig at Men are From Mars, Women are From Venus. Really? Just stand on your own without knocking other self help books. That seemed kind of ridiculous to me.
Overall, it was a decent read. Not sure if I would ever re-read it, but for now I'll keep it on my bookshelf in case I ever want to refer back to it.
If you want a simple read that is fairly straight forward and a lot of it written in quizes and bulleted lists, this might be the book for you.
If you're wanting something meatier with more substance, you might want to pass this one up.
Since I bought it at Goodwill for less than a dollar, I don't regret paying for it. If I had paid more for it, I might have felt a little annoyed.
