Jay Carter

عندما قرأت هذا الكتاب القليل الصفحات الكثير و الغني بالافكار تمينت ان لو يضاف اليه نوعية مدير خاصة
مدير سيئ من نمط منتشر عندنا نحن العرب وهو المدير الذي وظف لانه ينتمي لالآل فلان او لانه ابيه يسكب القهوة للشيخ الفلاني. هذا الكتاب الذي كتبه مسيحي حرك فيني المسلم مشاعر كثيرة لانها لامس معاناة عشتها مع مدراء ينطبق عليهم الوصف تماما في الحياة العامة.
مشكلة التعامل مع المدير ذا حدين فمن جهة تخشى ان تثير غضبه فينتقم منك بقطع رزقك و في الوقت ذاته تتمنى ان تظهر قدرتك الفنية دون ان يخشى منك المنافسة. المحصلة هي ان المدراء طلاب مناصب لا فرق ان كان المدير قائد فرقة طبية لعلاج وباء مستشر او فرقة عسكرية قتالية في جبهة العدو
ان شعر انك ستقف في طريف طموحه فسحقك اسهل عنده من شربة ماء
من اجمل الكتب التي تصف المدراء السئين و التعامل معهم. من الناحية الايجابية
لا بد ان تلتقي طموحاتك مع طموحات رئييسك حتى تنجح المؤسسة و تنهض بقدرات الموظفين الفنية
من الحلول التي قدمها هذا الكتاب في حالة عدم القدرة على التعامل مع المدير هو تقديم الاستقالة و البحث عن عمل اخر. ربما نفتقد هذه الجرءة في مجتمعنا بسبب التقاليد و نمط الحياة التي غلب عليها التكاسل
