From humble beginnings the local Community Centre gathered together the keen writers. After a workshop provided by the effervescent published author, June Loves, they each gained confidence and momentum. Within 18 months they found themselves with finished books ready to publish. After attempting to unravel the complexities of the traditional publishing world, they realised there may be an alternative and decided to just 'do it themselves'. Thus was born ‘Lighthouse Publishing’. Enjoy these short stories with a coastal overtone with contributions from each of the members of the Sorrento Community Centre Writers Group.
