I love Crystals and I had been following Jenn Morgan for a while via Soul Filled Yogi. This book is not only a great book for mom's obviously, but also for people who are not mom's. I'm an aunt and my 17 year old niece has grown up with anxiety. She's also growing up in an environment way different than the one I grew up on. Having this book as a resource is great because I can work with her on using crystals as well as working on myself at the same time. My favorite crystal, rose quartz has become a main stay for self love. Great resource, highly recommend and don't let the title fool you, anyone can learn from this resource!
Good book. Pros: lots of good information including steps I'll be using moving forward for clearing, cleansing, and setting intentions on my crystals. I enjoyed the mom perspective, which was definitely unique compared to other crystal books. Wasn't an overwhelming amount of info. Con: there was quite a bit of repetition, on both crystals and the info about the crystals, which at times seemed to be kind of a page filler
