Exam Microsoft Azure Integration and Security
This test prep book and the accompanying 50 practice questions, answers, and explanations, focuses solely on the first of the two exams. Both exams are needed to become Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate certified.
Candidates for this exam should be existing Azure Administrators who already manage cloud services in their environment. They should have a solid understanding of the necessary services across Azure and they should also be able to make recommendations on services to use for optimal performance and scaling, as well as provision, size, monitor, and adjust resources as appropriate.
This book is not intended as a full study guide; although the exam prep questions contained herein are in line with the skills measured for testing candidates, it is not intended as a short cut nor a replacement for learning the technology as part of on-the-job use and formal self-study and / or classroom training.
These exam prep questions should be used by candidates considering taking the exam, to personally assess whether or not they feel they have enough knowledge and content awareness to try to sit the exam.
This study prep is not a substitute for the real-world experience that you need for administering Azure and you will be hard pressed to legitimately learn something new simply by reviewing the questions, answers, and reference materials herein.
One of the biggest issues I have personally seen and experienced in my twenty plus years working in information technology and being a technology subject matter expert is never knowing when I’ve studied enough of the material – knowing the answer to that question is ever elusive.
Having said that, with respect to test preps like this one, understanding why you know an answered question is correct and the other answer options are not suitable as correct answers goes a long way towards having enough of the knowledge to test and pass the certification exam.
The questions I have written into this guide are written in the fashion of Microsoft test questions so that they have that similar “look and feel” to a degree.
I have used this publicly available information and drawn upon my own experience to write all of the questions within this book. Even though I have taken the exam and passed it, I do not have access to the actual exam question database. If I were to actually, intentionally divulge specific test question knowledge, I would be stripped of my certification and barred from taking certification exams in the future. While this might seem extreme, it necessary due to the desire to maintain the integrity of the exams and the certification program.
It is my hope that you’ll be able to review your own current knowledge on the material and further your study of the subject as you make your way towards sitting the exams for this certification.
