Aku suka sekali dengan karakter Doris. Walaupun terlihat menyeramkan, ternyata dia punya hati yang sangat baik. Buku ini ngajarin kita untuk nggak cepat menilai orang dari luar aja. Ceritanya ringan, tapi pesannya dalam banget. Cocok buat anak-anak, tapi orang dewasa pun bisa belajar dari kisah ini. Ilustrasinya juga lucu dan penuh warna. Bener-bener buku yang menghangatkan hati 💖

a lot of lessons we can take from this book

I read this to my first graders, and they were all engaged the entire time. The rhymes kept their attention, and we had a nice talk afterward about not assuming things about people.

We own hundreds of kids’ books, and Doris the Dragon instantly made the “favorites” shelf. It’s charming, well-written, and feels timeless. I can see us reading it for years.
