The Wolf Consort Juliana Haygert

This Second book in the series starts where the first one left off with the Battle between Keeran and Soren "His Father and his Wolves finished," and the care of former slaves, and cleaning up, and life at a new beginning for the New Warlock Lord. Luana: The Former Alpha who has captured his Heart, and Farrah the Faye they saved, and Wyatt the Lone Wolf that followed Luana when she was defeated by Isalia, (who cheated in battle) to become the New Alpha also faced New Decisions.

While Keeran must stay and learn to be The Warlock Lord, Luana leaves with Wyatt to find and fight for her return as Alpha of the Pack but is Jumped and Taken by some Wolves and Jailed. Farrah leaves as well to help her Brother who is having problems with a Warring Tribe, and Keeran is left to wonder and worry about everyone who left him, and this is where the Adventure takes off.

This Book, (Even more than the First one,) is a fast-paced, action-packed adventure from the first chapter, but it's a wonderful next road on the Warlock Lord Saga. I always look forward to reading Juliana's Stories since she draws you so effortlessly into the Stories, and you watch the Tales Unfold looking over the Characters Shoulders. You find yourselves Cheering the Good Guys, Cursing the Bad Guys, and arguing with choices made that you don't agree with, but that's what a Really Good Book does. Don't miss the Wolf Consort, it's one of the best I've read this year.

Oh my goodness!!! I read it in one sitting. And once again the ending is killing me... I need to know what happens next please! It’s soo good. Just when I think that there wouldn’t be any more surprises, something happens and blows my mind. There’s so much going on in this second part of the story. I love that love happens and friendships and loyalty shines through. But good lord the “bad guys” sure are soo EVIL I totally hate Isalia!!! This goes to show how much this story will make you either love or despise the characters haha. On bright side I have to admit Keeran really is such a good guy if it were me I don’t think I would have been able to do what he did when it came to Soren... As for Luana, her past is revealed and I can see how much her life will continue to change even more so along with Keeran. Poor Wyatt! But then I can’t help but hope to see something happen between Farrah and him! It’s such an intense read! Can’t wait for the next book!!! Highly highly recommend this series! The main characters are kick ass and powerful. I am so interested in seeing what will happen after that crazy twisted surprise ending! Sorry no spoilers here even though I would love to blab it out haha. But it’s too good to reveal! So go read it for yourself and see how awesome this story is.

Luana and Keeran have returned and this book picks right up where the second left off. Luana has been captured, and the good news is that it's not by her worst enemy. The bad news is...that...it's worse and things only get worse from there. This story is fast-paced, exciting, and full of surprises! Some good, some bad, all awesome! Luana and Wyatt have gone off, but been captured, Keeran is struggling to step into the role of Warlock Lord and all that it entails. Finally, Farrah is having mixed feelings about where she is. She wants to be useful but she misses her people, too. There is just so much going on in this book that it is hard to put down because you just want to devour it and learn what is going to happen next.
The author does not disappoint with this book. Just when you think nothing else insane can happen the author throws a curveball at you and says SURPRISE! I have to say...I loved it. Definitely made my jaw drop more than once. I am happy to see that Luana finally opens up to Keeran. These characters are absolutely developing and growing and it's such an amazing thing to see.
I am rating this book 5 out of 5 stars. This story was fascinating and I loved all the surprises that the author wrote into the story. The author does an excellent job keeping the reader on their toes and completely engaged in this book. If you have read the previous book in this series grab this one now and start reading!

In a world where supernatural races are all at war, you can expect nothing is as it seems.
Luana experienced it all, being captured by Soren, seeing him create alliance with Isalia, and even witnessing Wyatt being cursed. Keeran does not have it much easier, living among great expectations, betrayal, and hunger for power. Coming up with a plan to solve the dire situation might prove more difficult than expected..
Fast read with lots of tension and some beautiful moments full of hope. I loved also the shift in the relationship between Keeran and Luana, and am actually curious if/ when we get more information about the condition keeping back Farrah from coming closer with Wyatt. Elements of the magic that appear in the series - visions of prophecies, rage-driven magic, elemental powers of shaping the ice - make the story setup very interesting, and I am curious if Luana would surprise us next as well.

Luana and Keeran continue their journey from book one, The Warlock Lord. Soren and Keeran (father and son) continue their battle from book one. With Soren “on the run”, Keeran has a duty to become the WarLock Lord.

This leave Luana on her own to fight her battles with Isalia, the current wolf leader, to help free her old pack. Luana and Wyatt, her trusted wolf friend, leave Keeran to figure out how to defeat Isalia. Naturally when you separate the power pack of people, chaos starts.

There were a ton of unexpected twist! One of the biggest twist for me, was a lady named, Almae from Unity. You will have to read until the end to understand why she is a big deal! Another is why Luana will have to wait to challenge Isalia, to free her pack.

I look forward to reading the conclusion in book 3. Juliana has really made this series FAST action and attention grabber!

In this second book Luana and Wyatt have been taken captive by Keenan's father but he dosen't know it and by the time Keenan relizes that he hasn't herd from them they have already been freed well Luana any ways Wyatt may be dead. When Luana wakes in Unity and at the care of the witch who saved her but she cant stay things have gotten worse her enemy Isalia has joined with Keerans evil father to take control of everthing and she must warn Keeran. When they meet again they will finally have a chance to be together there wil be several more battles Keeran will be betrayed by someone and Luana will figure out were Keeran's mother has been hiding. I was allowed to read and advance copy of this book and this is my honest review.

Dark action fantasy with a smidgen of romance. Luana and Keeran are faced with Overcoming mountainous obstacles. Their strengths are also their weaknesses. Thea, Drake, Farrah and Wyatt make it into the story as well. This was a great continuation of the story which, I believe, will conclude in the next episode. I hope that you enjoy this story as much as I did.

I received a copy of this book as a gift. I am leaving my honest review.

This book really blows the lid off this series. I couldn't put it down. It is by far the best book by this author that I've read. I can't wait to get into the finale. It's a well-written, action-packed roller coaster ride of a story.

Action packaged fantasy continues from the previous book. A truly compelling adventure with one chapter of more than a smidgeon of romance.

***I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.***
I absolutely love this series. This world Juliana Haygert has created is amazing. I think I might like this series better than the Rite of the Vampire Series.
Luana and Keeran are perfect together. I am really baffled that they have both tried to distance thereselves from each other. You can feel the pull between the two of them and want to scream at them to get over themselves and just get together already.
Of course Luana was captured and Keeran went out to find her. Finally we feel them starting to give into the other and the only reason they haven't given in before was due to not thinking they should be together... a Wolf Queen and the Warlock King. They always thought they dont belong together, but at the end of this book, they see something different.

I voluntarily review an ARC. This is the second book of the Warlock Rite series, the books should be read in order.
Prepare to ignore everything until you finish this book. It's captivating and takes you on a fast-paced journey full of magic, action, betrayal, love and a fight between good and evil.
When the two cruel enemies join there forces and the allies have to fight on different front lines there's not much hope left. This nail-biting story has many unexpected turns, deep love and magical moments.
There's no way I will miss the third part.

Luana and Keeran’s fantastic tale of forbidden love between a shifter and a warlock continues in book 2 of Juliana Haygert’s Rite World: Rite of the Warlock series. This sequel is as fantastic as book 1, and that’s a high bar to meet. It’s as “action-packed ... sultry and sinful” as promised in its publisher’s blurb, with perfectly crafted characters (good and - at least as importantly - evil as well) and a plot that just works perfectly. But for the fact that I’m literally dictating this review to my husband from my hospital bed I could go on and on with praises. The book definitely deserves it. Since I can’t do that I will simply note that the book is most definitely one to read, and it is easy to highly recommend. I’m definitely looking forward to the next book in this series.

4 - 4.5 Stars

The Wolf Consort is the fifth book in the Rite World Universe by Juliana Haygert - which is a captivating, interconnected tapestry of paranormal romance and fantasy adventure. And rather than being a single series, it’s a shared world where multiple storylines - each with its own MCs, conflicts, and romances – all woven together amongst plenty of supernatural intrigue.
What makes this universe stand out is the huge variety of supernatural beings -vampires, witches, shifters, angels, and more – who are all coexisting in a world that feels both magical and dangerous. Ms. Haygert has a knack for blending fast-paced action with plenty of emotional depth, ensuring that battles and betrayals are balanced by heartfelt relationships and the character’s personal growth.
While each series within the universe can be enjoyed on its own, reading them all offers a rewarding sense of continuity and layered worldbuilding.
So, if you enjoy supernatural worlds with high stakes, sizzling romance, and characters you’ll want to follow on any adventure, then this universe is a binge-worthy contender.
Happy Reading…

I'm honestly sad that for this book I actually set it down a couple of times, not picking it back up the following weekends. Which lead a couple of twists to go right over my head when they came into play. But other than that, I enjoyed this sequel! The romance heated up nicely and the fast-paced story had me flipping through the pages when I actually took the time to read this book. You learn more about Luana, which was a surprise and I'm excited to see how everything ties up in the last book!

I'm enjoying this series by Julianna Haygert. I'm not a big fan of this book. It's kind of hard to pick a book friend in this one. Although storyline was decent, the editing was bad and threw me off a bit. The struggle to get Wyatt from being cursed and the Isalia pregnancy angered me. But hey, I'm still reading so Julianna has done her job to keep me infatuated with her series. I'll see it to the end.

Indecision

I honestly could not get into this book. The 2 main characters who always fought had so much indecisions that it actually irked me and the stupidity of their actions that got one always almost killed was not like how the characters were in the prior books. I almost did not finish this book. Had some good action scenes and other good stuff.

I love this series so-much and I love the relationship between Luana and Keeran also I’m glad to see how far the story is progressing and also the side romance of Wyatt and Farrah. The relationship between luana and keeran is a lot different from Drake and Thea . They go through a lot more struggles to get to where they are to get that happily ever after that I hope they get soon
