Woo! I finally finished reading the best trilogy ever!
Some of my favorite things about this book in particular is the many different characters introduced naturally into the story, as well as the different food dishes! I loved learning about big white strawberries from Japan, sake-infused cream cheese, red bean paste, and all sorts of creative ideas I hadn't heard of before! Although I've had matcha powder plenty of times. I hope to try making one of the dishes in this trilogy, like hot cross buns or strawberry tarts.
The representation of +LGBT people and autistic/disabled people is brilliant in a way that will always warm my heart. The main character in this book always treats people not necessarily the way they always deserve to be treated, but the way they need to be treated. With compassion, and with love.
This book is the definition of master piece and I really want it to get more popular. This book series fuelled my life, it was there when I was sad or when I was overjoyed! The characters are awesome and the plot is divine! It is amazingly poetic and beautiful, I couldn’t imagine what I would be doing if I wasn’t reading this book!! My thanks to the author for writing this whole series while writing other books and getting printed copies! 💖💖💖💖💖💖✨🫶💖💕💕💕💖✨✨💗💗💗💗💗💗💗
