Omega #12

9mm Justice

Rate this book
Ex SAS Captain Lacklan Walker can’t catch a break. After two tough years his arch enemy, Omega, the shadowy government within a government, are broken and Lacklan is drifting, trying to heal, heading slowly home.

That’s how he winds up in Tucson, Arizona, just in time to witness a drive by shooting in which beautiful, innocent, eighteen year-old Celeste Martinez, gets gunned down and dies, holding Lacklan’s hand, staring into his eyes - in Cora’s Golden Café parking lot, a hundred and fifty yards from the Santa Cruz Tucson PD Station.

In a town drowning in the black tide of Mexican drugs trafficking, the gangs make the law, and enforce it with guns. In the Fairgrounds district of Tucson, those gangs are the Iluminados and the Santos del Diablo, and the cops know better than to get in their way.

But Lacklan knows that one of them killed Celeste, just for being in the wrong parking lot at the wrong time, and if the Law won’t act to avenge her, then Lacklan Walker will bring his own brand of justice to bear:

9 mm Justice.

Justice for sure

Lacklan finds himself with his hands full in Arizona as a young lady takes vs bullet from a drug gangs drive by shooting. She dies in his arms. This enraged him with a passion never seen before. I would not want to be on the end of that rage and definitely read this book and find out how far and how deep this rage goes. This was a fast read book with a lot of action.

Another 5 Stars

Another great read. In this book Lacklan Walker shows us that he has a good heart. This is good news for the universe but as usual not so good for the drug dealers and their suppliers. A very enjoyable read. A well deserved 5 stars and I will now start to read book 13, Kill: Four.

This is like playing Candy Crush, I'm always up for the next episode!

I've enjoyed reading the Omega series, however, if you're not a fan of repetition, you might become frustrated with the same facts about the character, his car, his history, etc over and over with each successive book, which if you're not reading all the books in the series . . . ( I'm up to Book 12), makes each one just a bit more palatable. I'm just hooked on his stories!

9mm Justice. Blake Banner

Lacklan Walker ex SAS is in Tucson Arizona. Not on any kind of business, or real reason to be there. Passing thru. A drive by shooting occurs. A young women, he doesn't know dies in his arms. The Cartel. Someone is going to pay. Non stop action. Enjoyed immensely!

Enjoyed the story and suspense as always you don't want to put book down. Would like to see less descriptive killings and bad language find it takes away from story and I try smiling around away from it.

9mm justice

Consistent with the rest of the series but more action in a shortened time. Obviously in the Rambo, kill 'am all and let God sort them out activities by a man seen as ordinary by most.

Fast paced quick read

Would make a great movie with the right director and star. Everyone likes seeing the bad guys get blown away and a strong character in the good guy. This has it all. Plenty of bad guys and a hero with plenty of character.

Not omega but excellent

Not .much connection to Omega but full of action and eliminating the bad guys.
Don't know how he will get in trouble next time, but it is sure that he will.

As always, great! Loved the story, a page-turner all the way. I have enjoyed this series and am anxious to finish up the last couple of episodes. I am also near the end of the Dead Cold Mysteries (also great) and then on to Harry Bauer and Cobra. All good!

9MM JUSTICE

I enjoyed this book a lot! Even though it still contains a great deal of killing, it seems to me, to have a greater outcome! Helping others is a passion of mine! Can't help but love this reading!

Corrections

I made some corrections about the Tucson references within the book, noted and bookmarked. Thought you might want to change them
