A mountain getaway. Two wandering souls. An instant attraction. Stephanie flees her stagnant life in Michigan for the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee to pursue her dream of writing a novel. Logan has also escaped to the mountains to write a nature guide and to heal from a tragedy in his past. When Stephanie and Logan meet, sparks fly, but they both have a long list of reasons why they shouldn’t get involved. Avoiding each other proves impossible as they’re neighbors on a lonely mountaintop, and Logan takes it upon himself to protect her. It doesn’t take long before Stephanie wants much more than his protection, but Logan seems determined to keep her at bay. Stephanie and Logan encounter obstacles at every turn, but will they discover that there’s no place better than…Right Here With You?
Let me start by saying I love Susan Coventry's books. I have read all of them. Each one I love more than the last but Right Here With You was extra special. I couldn't stop laughing for at least the first seventy five pages. The banter between Stephanie and Logan was hilarious. But all was not rosy for these two. Stephanie came to her cabin in the Great Smoky Mountains to escape. She needed a rest from her job and wanted to start writing her first novel. Logan was here to try and heal his heart. He is also a writer of travel guides. From the start there was an instant attraction. Neither wanted to acknowlege it. They were in the mountains for peace, quiet and solitude. You will love following these two on their journey to their happy ever after. I loved every minute of this book and hated for it to end.
After reading Right Here With You, I feel like a trip to the Smoky Mountains is needed. Her descriptions are wonderful. The characters are very believable as are the situations they encounter. Lots of fun. A very enjoyable book.
Steph has taken a leave from work to write a novel. When she arrives at her rented cabin, she finds a hot guy next door. Strangely he is also here writing a book. Will his presence help or hinder her?
Although this is an ok romance, it is just average for me. No real intrigue. No real excitement. Just daily living with some romance thrown into the mix.
