Effortless Banter & Amazing Sex - A Must Read
Oh, Hank & Stazi! What an amazing couple! A retired SEAL, who now runs the local SAI (Security Alliance International) in Chicago, and an art conservator and a restorer seem like an unlikely match, but they become like Velcro when Stazi starts being followed after an art meeting with a Ukrainian oligarch. They have an amazing trip to Italy where I learned a lot about some of the art in Rome.
This book made me smile countless times as Hank & Stazi have effortless banter and amazing sex. They are definitely a match made in heaven. Even though there was a lot of action in this book, their relationship took front & center, to me. I cheered for them as they became a couple and was aggravated when they made stupid relationship decisions.
This well written, exciting book in the SAI Series has captivated me! It is part of a series (book 4), but each book can be read as a stand-alone. HEA with no cliffhanger, but you'll love the characters of SAI so much you'll want to read the rest of the books in this series to learn about all of the SAI teammates! Brilliant book & exciting series, Lea! :)

I love Lea's hot alpha men and the stubborn women who tame them! Hank and Stazi are another great SAI couple who meet by chance and Hank instantly knows that Stazi is it for him. He just needs to get Stazi to see it! When Stazi is in danger, Hank will stop at nothing to make sure she is safe.
I liked Hank and Stazi's story. I liked that I knew the danger she was in and the threat to her early on in the story. I thought the climax was a little anti-climatic though. I would have liked to see more going on there, but I still liked the story a whole lot. I love how these big strong SEALs fall for these stubborn women who are their equals in every way. This was another good read in this series.

This book introduces the SAI Chicago office, and its leader, Hank Coleman. While attending a benefit at the Chicago Art Institute, Hank helps a woman who has stumbled in her evening gown. This is the backdrop for a romance, and also an SAI mission. When Hank finds out that the lady is his co-worker's best friend, he begins his campaign. It is truly a campaign, and Hank handles it as though she is an objective to be met and conquered.
The young lady is Stazi, an art conservator who can't believe that this huge hunk of alpha male is after her. When her best friend tells her that Hank is for real, they begin an odd romance, mostly because she is being followed by a Russian mobster. That is the beginning of a twisty story and an even better romance.

Suspense, action and HEA? Sign me up! This book has it all! Hank is our hero and you will definitely add him to you bbf list. Stazi is a great heroine if like me you like them to be able to stand on their own. Together they are a power couple. If you are a fan of Ms. Hart you will definitely want to add this one to your collection. If you are new to Me. Hart this is a great place to start. The story can be read as a standalone but other characters are mentioned and some are introduced, it will only lead to needing to read the rest of the SAI! You will become a fan!

Good solid read
I thought this story was a vast improvement over the last few I've read from this author. I'm back to being a fan. I don't know the setting personally for this one so I'm not sure how accurate it is, but it had a good feel to it. The characters seemed more human and realistic. Some of the conversations about art, history and the Bratva seemed more like listening to a lecture, but they did serve as a vehicle to get the information to the reader. There were a few editing issues, but I think I may be bothered by those things more than most.

Romance at its best
Big fan of Lea Hart! She writes these amazing books of smart sexy heroines and strong sexy hero's. Besiege is probably my new favorite. I love well written books and this is exceptionally well written and at the heart a true love story of Hank and Stazi...with a little mystery and action. Your going to love the ride this adventure takes you on...not to mention the HOT steamy sex...this book is romance at its best.

What an entertaining, fun read! Hank Coleman, ex-military, top-notch covert investigator and SAI security detail meets Stazi Ivanov, sweet, sexy art conservator. Stazi gets targeted by some high-powered bad guys. Hank takes it upon himself to protect her and figure out who is after her and why. A fast paced story, as they try to keep their relationship casual, but fate wins out when they are 24/7 up close and personal. Ms. Hart knocks it out of the park, again.

I enjoyed this book, the fourth in this series. The characters are interesting, strong, loyal, and fun. The story line is good and has excitement here and there. Enjoyable HEA.

Hank and Stazi are an unlikely couple. This book is another continuation of the SAI series but each book is unique. The stories are diversified and full of action and drama. I’m loving them. Can’t wait for the next book

I like how he fell for her quickly and never gave up. Glad that she didn't take to long to get on board. There were quite a few places where the story seemed to drag on.

I’m so glade Lucky and Sam got there story and what a story it is. Lea Hart has given us an amazing series and I love everyone of the books once I started it I couldn’t put it down. The story follows Lucky and Sam and the story flows beautifully and I love how we meet you with all he different characters from he other stories.
Lucky is strong witty and not afraid to say it how it is, so when she last worked with Sam he turned out to be different that she thought he would be being mean to her so she soon got over her crush on him or so she thinks. When they have to work together again Lucky decides that she will not let Sam get close or let him get away with how he treated her last time so when Sam starts to treat her differently she gets nervous and doesn’t know how think around him.
Sam has finally got his head out of his A*^ and decided Lucky is what he wants after he lost himself after and accident that retire him from he teams he has never know where he fits but he now knows Lucky is part of what he won’ts. Sadly after the way he treated her he finds he has his work cut out but he won’t give in. Sam and Lucky find they can’t keep there hands of each other so can they find there HEA or is it just the thrill of the mission and being so close to each other.
Come and see how Lucky & Sam finally come together while trying to find the bad guys.

Lucky swears she will never have anything to do with Sam again; however, while trying to bring down the head of the Russian Mafia in Chicago, Lucky reluctantly decides to work with Sam, the obnoxious Fed who made her miserable in the past because it will be worth it… right?
If you like hot alpha heroes and strong, intelligent heroines, this book (honestly the entire series) is for you! Lea writes intelligent, strong, loyal characters with amazing careers that take them on crazy adventures. It is easy to identify with the struggles they have in everyday and extraordinary life situations. This book (Barrage, Book 5) absolutely can be read as a standalone, but I recommend reading the entire series, in order, for maximum enjoyment. Sam and Lucky’s rough start is introduced in a previous SAI book (I can't remember which one). No Cliffhanger and a HEA for Lucky & Sam!!!

Sam is retired from Delta Force and HRT, due to a loss of limb injury and is now FBI, Head of Organized Crime in Chicago. Seeing Lucky again, Sam is determined to win her over an not take no for an answer, after he was a total jerk the first time he met her. Their jobs intertwine when a possible connection shows up between a local Russian mobster and an international crime boss. Sam follows Lucky to Brussels, where they each work their own part of the complex puzzle, to bring these mobsters down. A thrilling, sexy, fast paced story, with independent, confident characters, who each have a humanizing vulnerability that makes their budding relationship that much sweeter and heartwarming. Enjoyed it immensely and look forward to more in this series!

This series is such a good series. I love how all of the characters throughout Ms.Hart's series are interconnected. The books can all be read as standalones, but the various characters show up throughout the books.
Sam and Lucky are both strong personalities. Lucky had a crush on Sam until he acted like a jerk towards her. Little did she know he acted that way because he didn't think he was good enough for her. His mind has changed though and he's ready to claim what's his. Lucky and Sam fall hard for one another when she finally lets him in.
Lucky is working on a case that could put her in danger, so Sam steps up to make sure she is protected. My one gripe about the story is I didn't feel that there was much of a climax. I would have loved to see something a little stronger, but the story was good.

Barrage is the 5th book in the SAI series. This book is also the 2 in the introducing us to t he guys from Chicago. Lucky our resident computer super nerd and the movie star handsome FBI agent, Sam are frenemies. Having worked previously on a case together Sam insults Lucky, almost ruining any chance of getting the girl. An old fashioned boy likes girl....boy pulls girls hair. Sam has to prove his affection and mend fences while they work to take down the bad guys.
This book is amazing! Lea Harts dedication to research and writing a great book is phenomenal. I was easily caught up in the drama of this book. No doubt it would make an amazing film. Super secret hackers, sexy FBI agent, hot ex military men, take down of major criminals, action, excitement, super hot sex...WOW....Hope you enjoy it as much as I have.

Another great book in the SAI series. This time it's love for Lucky and Sam. It's lucky for Sam that he gets a second chance with his lady luck. I loved this plot. How lea hart keeps turning out romantic, suspenseful mysteries that remain so fresh I don't know but as a reader I am glad she does.

I love the characters in this series. This book has suspense, but really is more about the way love developed and blossomed for these characters. I loved the background information. I really dislike all the graphic sex. I can skip those parts. I enjoy the love and the suspense.

I adore this series. With each book we delve more into the lives of the SAI characters. We met Lucky and Sam previously and Altho there start was rocky it was obvious there was tension there. Now this book shows how they work together and take down another mafia connection. Full of drama and intrigue. Highly recommend this book and series

HIGHLY ENTERTAINING ADVENTURE
An intense story about human trafficking and the people who are trying to take its leader down. Behind the scenes are the FBI and also private contractors who work for a Security Firm who specialize in the Web and computer programs. Two dynamic individuals stand out and struggle with their growing attraction.

Not very good
This book is not nearly of the quality as the other books written by Ms. Hart. The plot was slow, and the characters were not interesting. I will continue to read everything Ms. Hart writes, but this book will not get a second reading.

I volunteered to read and review an advanced readers copy. I recommend reading this story. It's full of Action, suspense, humor . So well written.I really enjoyed this story. could not put it down .The chemistry between Lucky and Sam is great .You will not be disappointed .A must read.

Love this book. Hank and Stazi had the perfect connection and I totally wanted to be Stazi.

I loved this book! Lucky and Sam fought their attraction for a year (and Sam was a jerk), but now they cannot fight it any longer. It's time for a barrage of sexiness and forever love!
