This is not the typical book you read...
What an ending...
If by reading the beginning, I was excited for this story, at the end I was left even more excited, surprised and intrigued!
So many things happening at the time of this story, not only of war but typical every day stuff. Reading Kira's side of the story felt strange at the beginning, such that I even missed the 3rd POV! haha But so worth it reading about Kira's new life. I never imagined such a luxurious life for Kira, but her relationship with Dom is cute, and something I look forward to.
As for Brie...oh, Brie had a lot on her plate. When reading Amber's side of the story, Brie and the Havenites seemed to have everything on control, however that was not the case.
This particular book is very entertaining, and not at any moment did I feel that it was boring.
This is an excellent follow-up story for those fans of Brie and Kira. I am happy the Enhanced Universe keeps getting interesting.

Wow different enemy, new war !
As both Brie and Kira move on from their harrowing trip up north, they both still think and wonder about the ever looking threat of the Olympians? Brie and Kira both have found their lives taken in different directions so far, but find out they must defend New Haven again from evil ! This war is different as these people want to annihilate them completely! Very well written and extremely fast paced action , with Brie's powers growing, will she turn into a Vesper like telepathy ? Will Kira be able to just be an empress and stop being a warrior ? Well, they must defeat this new army first, and fight powerful, ruthless people first.

Oh my goodness I loved this book so much. This was one of the best ones so far! We finally get to see in Brie and Kira's point of views again on the Olympians' attack on New Haven. This book MUST be read with the related series called "Children of the Prime", namely book 5, "War of the Chosen". These 2 books are about the same events, but in opposite POVs, so both need to be read to understand everything. There's SO much action here! Plus, I missed Brie so much, and it's just amazing seeing her and Amber's interactions. I'm highly excited to see what happens next in this story!

Battle of the best
This is a great crossover book and from both Kira and Brie's point of view. I enjoyed this one bit would have liked it more if Kira had been involved in the battle earlier as she was late on the scene. This book was more about how much she has changed yet still remained the same. I did not expect the ending at all. The next book will determine what becomes of my favourite characters. Being so up close and personal could cause a change of heart which could then stack the deck in Haven's favour. Time will tell.

Another excellent read in the Enhanced series, where Brie and Kira utilise their skills to battle the coming army of the Prime.
It's fast-paced with a great writing style (though needs proofreading to catch those typos and grammatical errors). The cast of characters fit well into the plot, while the sense of place is terrific.
There is plenty of action alongside thoughts and feelings, which brings even more depth to the story.
Highly recommended.

The Enhanced: Conquest is an exciting new addition to the Enhanced series.
I thoroughly enjoyed it, and even bit my nails a little too much from the suspense. Crossing over with The Chosen series and The Warrior Race series, it has all of my favorite characters from all three series in it.
Can’t wait for the next book in all three of these series!

Love!
I love the dual storylines! It’s fascinating to see both sides of things, from each heroine’s perspective. I wish someone had told Amber about Perses. I feel like she should know. I’m also curious to know when/where Jude and the others slipped off to during this book. Can’t wait for the next one!

Okay, yes it's great. That being said, I was bored fir a while. I didnt like Bries story at all until the end. I can't stand her ego anymore. And the adryan story. Yukio. Move on or make it good. Come on. Kira is awesome. I adore her and Dom. Love their story. Love their relationship. Full acceptance and faith.

Thrills all the way
Found this,author quite by accident. Now can't gardening of his fantasy tales. He draws you in, you get to feel you know the character's connection to one another. The battle scenes are just that much more than words, you can feel the heat smell the smoke. Can't wait for the next instalment.

I liked how this book was from the perspective of Bree and New Haven. It told the same story as the book from the Children of the Prime series but from the opposite perspective. There was plenty of action.

Conquest
Thoroughly enjoyed the action, non stop from book 1, the characters are intreguing and complex. The story telling of good verses evil with twists and turns, places that are recognisable re tuned. Love won and lost, family values and so much more.
All in all a great read

Excellent
Wow, I read this book in conjunction with books four and five of the Children of the Prime books. It was fascinating reading from Ambers perspective as well as that of Brie and Kira. Excellent!
