Great book to pick for anyone as nerdy and passionate as we are with REI!
This is an action-packed, specific and to the point read on Real Estate Flipping. I heard the author, Ryan on a BP podcast who narrated his story flipping couches for a living to then flipping houses. At that moment, I immediately purchased his book and it's been well worth it. Ryan shares a system on the house flipping process end to end. Parts of which, I realize are also applicable for buy-and-hold investing.
Although it is 99 pages, it's not as quick to read if you truly want to ingest the flipping strategy from start to finish. There is zero fluff and only pure execution details 'getting your hands dirty' through this book. And, execution as we know is always the hardest.

Life changing book
This book was fantastic! There are a lot of books that are filled with fluff or become repetitive. I never felt that once while reading this. It was straight to the point and had everything in one place. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone that is thinking about flipping a house.

Great book
Book runs through the whole process of flipping a house. It gives valuable tips for every step in it. If you are starting out, this book is perfect - quick read that does waste your time with “fluff”. Highly recommend.

Goes into details of what is needed to flip your first property and getting that pipeline going! Really enjoyed reading this book, I recommend it, and of course, I can’t wait to get my first deal!

Great book. I enjoyed reading it. I think as a beginner this book can teach you mostly everything you want to know about “flipping your future” with real estate.
