‘Easter Eggs are best raw…Ha Ha, I’m just YOLKING!’

The author Billy Boy (read his little bio for a fine chuckle, too) has advanced the time honored pleasure of telling jokes by making a game out of the concept.

There are jokes a plenty in this Easter adaptation of the Don’t Laugh Challenge – and the jokes are meant to be shared. Think debate teams, but with a giggle. The rules are simple: The two jokesters go back and forth telling each other jokes, When the person listening laughs or even cracks a smile, the joke teller gets a point, and The first person to five points wins!

Some examples:

What do you call a substitute musician? Band-Aid
What did one toad say to the other? “Warts up?!”
Why are fish easy to weigh? They have their own fish scales!

This is another well-designed artsy book that not only has some terrific little jokes, but also provides a lesson in both gaming and one-upsmanhip. Fun for youngsters ages 6 – 11 – and a boon to parents as a non-iPhone or tablet tech diversion!
