This is a summarization book done by someone else about Mel Robbins book "The 5 Second Rule".
Some suggested Mel's book wasn't worth the time of going through because it's just a bunch of screenshots and repetition. So I thought I'd try this book.
Big mistake, unless you really want to read someone's else's summary.

LOVED this summary!
I've always wanted to read this book but haven't been successful in scheduling it in. I read this summary and highlighted notes in about 90 minutes!
