I never thought it would be this different and deep. It's so beautiful yet it's so complex, the way it's narrated is just so intense, the plot is well woven. . Also, if you loved the book one and if you read this, you get to know that book one was just a sapling and book two is a grown up plant, I am just so attached to Jenkins on a personal level though I see him with different angles and frames and he is almost new each time. I loved the tools used by the author and it kept me glued towards the end. I am still in the amazing world created by the author. I just can't keep calm to read the third installment if it's ever coming, yay, definitely recommended. Go for it. . Rating: 4.75🌟

The death of Jenkins becomes a question mark in the mind of Green Valley inhabitants. And to uncover the mystery you have to read till the end of story. There are many other mind blowing stories of The Knight hound, three little monkeys and much more which are nothing short of amazing. I personally do not know how many years did author took to write these fascinating stories. If you read all the stories with a rational mind you can even apply their concept to your surroundings as well. . . After reading the first part and being aware about Green Valley I was eager to read further. I loved this part a little more than the first one. Writing and narration are lucid, deeply descriptive and juiced with imagination and vocabulary. If you're are fantasy or magic realism lover then this book is for you. I highly recommend it.
Title : Conduits : The death of Jinx Jenkins Author : J.Ryan Sommers Language : English Edition : Paperback Pages : 254
🖋Conduits : The death of Jinx Jenkins is written by author J.Ryan Sommers. The book is a collection of short stories. The book belongs to magical realism which is strongly the imagination of the author.
🖋The author has drafted the stories in the green valley which exists in a long forgotten corner of the American dream. The inhabitants of the valley are humans, ghosts, jinxes, gods, devils, heroes, and murderers.
🖋A man called Jink Jenkins lived in the green valley. He was so unlucky that everything goes wrong around him. One day he commits suicide for the sake of humanity. But his death affected the people of green valley very badly.
🖋I marvel at the author's imagination and creativity. The way he has created the green valley and the characters around it is truly remarkable. The stories are narrated well. The description of the book is clear and catchy.
🖋The book cover is a beauty. It is designed with all the shades of brown which looks remarkable. The book title is also striking. The book keeps the readers hooked up till the end. It can be read by people of all age groups. I enjoyed reading it and waiting to read the next in the series.
She reasoned, love will make you do crazy things. You might write a sonnet, sing a song, or maybe, just maybe, don a costume and pretend to be a superhero. And as long as she loved him, she’d be right by his side, riding through the night. 🦄🦄🦄 Green Valley has fallen prey to BigCorp, a company that is leading the valley to ruins. But, now the people of Green Valley have had enough and they want to take back what's rightfully theirs. The Valley is their home, and they do not want to see it destroyed. Visit the Valley, with all its magic and peculiarities to understand what's it's like to be different. 🦄🦄🦄 Conduits: the Death of Jinx Jenkins is the second storybook for grownups by J. Ryan Sommers. It follows the same storyline as the first book with everyone's life interlinked. We finally learn the story of Jinx Jenkins and how he came to be. One of the reasons I'm a big fan of this book (and it's predecessor) is because even though it's supposed to be one whole story, the way it's broken down into short stories is fun to read. Like the previous book I have no complaints about this one as well BUT I still prefer the first book. 🦄🦄🦄 Rated 100/100 Melina L.
"The most valuable thing a Hero has is its anonymity"
Conduits is a book series on magical realism. Jinx Jenkins hangs himself for humanity. He chose between his neck and humanity and humanity won. But what for? Does he want the people of Green valley to know something nasty going on? Yes, something is being cooked up for a long time. Almost everything is being taken up slowly and steadily without people being made to realise they are losing it all. Big Corps was buying up everything. But what for?🤷 ✨To make the people aware of it, why does the unluckiest man of the town roaming in worn-out condition, stinking the worst had to hang himself up? ✨Then there are fascinating stories of Crag and Grackle, The Knight hound and many more such people of the Green Valley that will keep on amazing you throughout. I have been surprised at almost every page of the book by the expressive and engaging writing of the author. ✨The best part and the unusual one so far is that it talks about the common man of the Green Valley and the way their lives are described is praiseworthy👏 ✨There is so much to appreciate about the book especially the way the author has woven the words. It has almost everything inside from fun, combats, little romance here and there, heroism and the biggest of all Why did Jinx Jenkins hang himself? ✨I would say this book is worth spending time on. I loved both the books especially the short stories in the first part was a nice setup to understand the Green Valley better. Recommended. 💯
Magical realism revived with depth and beauty. A book weaved with skilful complexity and captivation is a rare thing to come across, Conduits: Death of Jinx Jenkins hits both mark. Ryan keeps the tradition of surprising the readers after every turn of the page with his book 2 in Conduits Series. Apart from the intriguing plot and a chance to continue the journey in Ryan's word, the ideal swift pace throughout the book kept me bewitched. Green Valley will stay forever in your mind with it's whimsical charm and authors ensures the bond by making you connect with characters. Deep, Profound and Vivid storytelling through the fanciful writing of the author is impactful. I would give this shining 5 stars for proving itself as an exciting and thrilling companion in these difficult times. Highly recommended. Looking forward to what Ryan Brings for his readers next!
