A helpful, readable, not overly-long book about how to become a leader of people in a hurry - for those who are thrust into a position they did not expect. It is 170 pages of good advice.

I got a helpful hint here and there but I was far from blown away by this book. "The Accidental Manager" that I read years ago was much more helpful.
