This book gives a great insight of not only the human anatomy but also the human physiology wich i admire afcourse, did ann essay of 29 pages from the book and learned a lot a -1 star because sometimes the information in the book was confusing or too short like hormone functions and dissimilation of aerobic energy and pathways...
Overall good book for not only the beggining dummies but also for the advanced studends, wich is adviced to take a look and have a study in it with this book
A lot to capture and if you do not know the human body well... you are about to. It was fascinating. Just wish it could call retain in my brain. Probably going to be holding on to this one for while though I have completed it from top to bottom. Very informative.
Great review of key concepts! I realize I've forgotten a lot of anatomy and physiology, and the refresher was great! I also really liked the diagrams, and how simple the language was. I've read my fair share of overly complicated-ly worded textbooks.
