A highly readable and specific book of injuries and the procedures of what to do and how to know when to get emergency help. The book is readable for both professional and layman. There are enough pictures and diagrams to help clarify muscles, tendons, ligaments etc... This book is also part of a continuing education course for fitness professionals.

The book discusses injuries in detail when they effect adults as well as children. A great guide for anyone who is a coach, a parent of an avid child-athlete, a trainer, and anyone who has been plagued with injuries.

Must say, reading about the injuries, is a bit difficult cause... well it just hurts to read about some of them. Would recommend it to be on the shelf at all fitness facilities.
