With Blutfeuer under fire, Nymea’s worries are not unfounded, and she needs to figure out just what Kendarla’s issues and plans are before someone gets hurt...namely someone from her Court. But with her enemies largely quiet, she's afraid of falling into a false sense of security.
Nymea and the guys are up to their ears in supposition, and with a new guard in the mix they all need to find where everyone fits. And as with any new addition, the aftermath of a bonding might prove more interesting than ever before.
Because Nymea has a full guard now, something that hasn’t happened in recent memory.
Things are changing, and the Blood Court with it. But Kendarla and her supporters are not finished with Nymea, and they kick it up a knotch.
OH MY! Nymea has a sexy new guard who has managed to help her do something that hasn’t happened in a millennia. I really like Damari. Who wouldn’t like a man who brings you peace of mind plus has a split tongue. This is a fantastic action packed addition to The Blood Court series and I recommend reading the first two before reading this one. I am sitting on tenterhooks waiting for the next book.
If you are not a fan of fantasy or paranormal creatures, this series won't be for you. But I'd like to challenge you to re-think your fiction reading. The characters are full of depth, they each have their own story, and you will fall into, at least, heavy like with at least one of them. Book 3 has a lot of eye-opening moments for Nymea and her guard. Least of which is the crime behind the scenes regarding the distillery. Something more powerful is happening with the introduction of Damari, and more with the rest. Mea is feeling her power, and if things keep going the way they are, she's going to set fire to this world like we have never seen. I can't wait for the final book in this series, and where our favorite "baby" dragon, Norbert, goes. I have lots of love for several of these characters, and choosing just one, would be hard... but like the genre goes....why choose just one. Long live Riven!
Every time I jump into a book in this series I feel like I have an idea of where my emotions will go. And this time I was so so wrong. Mea and her men have so much growth and development in this book it makes me beyond words joyful. Seriously. It's amazing. But that ending? Makes me want to throw my phone. I just knew it was going to be one crazy cliffhanger, but they still got me. And now I want to cry because I'm stuck waiting for the final book. My favorite part? Spider kurgi. I was dying of laughter. I had to leave the room to calm down so you know it involves our favorite crazy demon.
This story just keeps getting better as Mea comes closer and closer to finding out who is exactly trying to harm her guard and sabotage her business. So many connections made … this complicated story is at the height of its arc. I am looking forward to Conquer!!!
This series is definitely in my top RH reads for this year. You can't get enough of Nymea and her Guard. Each book tips the next one. I can't wait to see what happens.
This book pulls you in and will not let you go! I absolutely cannot wait for Conquer to find out what happens next. These characters will make you hope that Faerie is real.
This book is filled with so much! Nymea's guard get completed and taken to the next level. Dragons!! And a suspenseful ending that will make you want more! So looking forward to book 4!!!
There always is an adventure and action with the princesses and their courts! This third book opens up much more as well leaves you hanging so I have to read the next and last book!
As Nymea's guard rounds out, they all have to figure out how they fit together. Can Mea handle a guard with no experience in love or in battle? Still struggling with the attacks on her company, Mea buckles down and works on her new recipes by hand and trusts almost no one. However, is she placing her trust in the wrong people?
If you've been waiting to see how Mea and her guard mesh, this is the book for you!
Nymea's story continues in this the 3. book in the blood cout series. I love the way it is written and the characters inside are intriguing. Not the biggest fan of the ending but book 4 is luckily not far away
