If you suffer from food obsession & have been on diets all your life then this is the book for you. Diets don’t work! Look around your diet club, who’s got to target and stayed there? The success rate of diets is 0.01% that’s not very good is it? We’ve been programmed to think we are not good enough if we aren’t a certain weight/size! What a load of bollocks that is. Highly recommend this book for anyone who spends all their life in food/diet obsession.
