Written in a time where men weren't expected to do anything or know how to do anything, but i applaud the intent of the book, even if the proscriptions are too narrow. But maybe that is still these times.

Sidekick breaks down a lot of aspects of pregnancy into the specific trimester they are applicable to. As the author states, not everything in this book will happen for your wife’s pregnancy, but it is important to understand what is going on and how you can help.
