First thing’s first. This is a zero judgment zone. So when I tell you I hired a total babe as my boy’s nanny… You won’t criticize my decision making skills. There is one other thing… Said babe is my best friend’s little sis - and I don’t know how the h*ll I’ll be able to keep my hands off her. It’s been years since I last saw her. And, boy is she all grown up. Breathtaking eyes that can see right through me… And luscious curves for days. I can’t help but think about her putting my son to bed… Only to sneak into my room after… For one WILD night. I can’t just betray my best friend. She’s everything that’s forbidden. And everything I need. So I pushed her away. Now, she’s gone for good. And so is the baby she’s carrying. Our baby. F*ck what anyone says – I’m going after the best thing that’s ever happened to me and I’m not turning back.
Went into this thinking, "OK, so this is going to be a total Smut fest with 'Dominating Daddy and Little Girl' fetish just oozing off the pages ... I mean, come on... Forbidden Daddy ... That right there is the seed from which smut sprouts! Now, That being said, if you're familiar with my reviews, I ain't into Smut-Shaming (he he) in the slightest! Love it in fact!
Even though I love it I was still pleasantly surprised that this book delivered a lot more than smut! There was some real deep emotion and character growth and an interesting plot line. There was an instant connection, but no insta-love or insta-lust. Got a surprisingly dirty talking hero with an adorable son and a sweet caring heroine. Really liked it!
I believe i read one book from this author so i wanted to give another a shot!! This was a good story liked the pace i did for a min feel middle drag tiny bit.
Sometimes single parent stories are 50/50 for me and since Blake's wife has been dead for a year and he been depressed and not active in his work or sons life (he was in his life just not to much) i was praying Aly wasnt going to be q shadow for the dead wife.. but for a quick second his excuse was about his dead wife, her age and she was his best friends sister.. so 3 things that kept him from not wanting to do anything with her..but that didn't last to long.. once he had a taste he did push away again..but it was sorta the last time he was all in.. Aly lord..she is a saint. She gave life to a heartbroken family made Cooper active again smile being a good friend and nanny.. and with Blake a friend and some steamy times.. even with all this push and pull from Blake she never blamed him she wasn't bratty or a bitch like girl wow.. then a bomb dropped and since Blake was in shock and what he said before about marriage and kids Aly took it to heart and left him.. determine to get his light and happiness back he's going to prove to her he's serious and this isn't a game.

Blake and his 8 year old son Cooper are grieving when Aly comes to help get them to move forward. This trio makes an interesting little unit. Blake with his moodiness and distance, Cooper with his need for a connection and nurturing and Aly with her positivity and sushine connect on all levels. Blake and Cooper's pain and need to be a family is very real. Aly, the nanny is such a refreshing change of pace in their lives and she is determined to help them no matter the consequences. And, there are consequences to Aly's big heart and loving ways. It is a touching story about love, loss, anger, hope and a happily ever after.

I wanted to love this one so much, but it kind of just fell a little flat for me and all became quite predictable. I didn’t hate it, in fact, I loved Blake...I just wasn’t blown away by it. 😔
The book is on the shorter side so things move really quickly. One second the hero is being all miserable and acting depressed, then next he sees the heroine and is feeling butterflies and noticing every little detail about her..... claiming he’s totally infatuated with her..... within 5 minutes of seeing her......
Also, because it’s so short, there’s very little character depth. Everything is in the present and there’s very little said about the MCs’ pasts. Makes it all kinda boring because I couldn’t connect with the characters and couldn’t feel their chemistry 🤷🏻♀️ even the hot scenes did nothing for me 🙄
At the time I’m writing this review, this book is rated 4.04 stars......... either I’m on the minority here or there are a couple of fake ratings 😬
Story is about a single dad Blake and his son Cooper. Blake's wife and Cooper's mother died of cancer. This traumatised Blake so much that he was living by a thread for a year. He was barely registrating what was happening around him and he didn't do much at his work. This all changed when his best friend decides that he needs nanny for his son. She brings sunshine and life into their lives and house. Aly is a positive and strong woman. She had a secret crush on Blake for years and jumps at a possibilty of going out of her parent's house and just the idea of being close to Blake warms her heart. I loved this book. The story is great and flowing nicely. It helps that Blake is one hell of a hunk. I received an earc of this book feom the author and am voluntarily leaving an honest review.
I usually enjoy Natasha's books, but this one didn't do anything for me. I did finish it and gave it three stars; however, this is your typical nanny older man story, with nothing special to it. Doesn't mean I won't read more of Natasha's books, I didn't get into this one.
Pretty good story, the new nanny is best friend's little sister and of course there is all kinds of chemistry and a 15 year age gap. I really like single dad/widow stories and this one had a lot of the yummy stuff I like in books!
Older guy and his best friends little sister. She's been lusting over him for years, and finally gets him. Loved his son such a sweetie. But the secret about his deceased wife that was barely mentioned, why does her death cause him such grief for a year? I don't get it.
Blake a very wealthy business owner wife has died. He has an eight year old son named Cooper, who is a very thoughtful, smart little boy who misses his mother. His best friend Hollis who lives in California has a sister named Aly, who would be a great nanny for Cooper. It would also help her financially paying for college..So she starts flying from California to Boston, Massachusetts. This plot throws a lot of blind curves and a few head scratchers. As you read this story, Blake makes a comment about his wife died in the arms of another man...no explanation. Copper spent more time with his Mother than his Father, he runs a multimillion dollar sports corporation, so maybe he wasn't a family oriented man. There's much about the Mother, makes you wonder, if Copper was Blake's son. Because of his mother's death, Blake became distant towards his son and his business. This wasn't good always the possibility of losing both...depression is a hard pill to swallow if you don't know your depressed. Towards the end after he married Aly after she gave birth to their daughter, Blake made a remark about how he loved his daughter Fiona and Cooper. Throughout the story he refers Cooper as his son and how much he loves him, maybe the author meant to say his new baby girl and his son Cooper, that's how it should have been written..Leaves you wondering what's going on. Blake also said that Aly was the only women he really loved..what happened with the " ex-wife" which he referenced her as...were they not married or did I miss something??very strange and confusing..the story/adventure ended supposedly HAPPY, but I wonder. You'll read this and see if your a tad bit confused or did we all miss something..These types of situations do happen in real life, but not always a happy outcome..sadly
I have been on a nanny, single dad reading kick lately. This being the fourth one this week. I really enjoyed the story but I was left with questions. Blake’s wife died in the arms of her lover that he didn’t know that she had. Why did he grieve her so much? He didn’t act like the betrayal had hurt him. I understand him not wanting his son to he without a mother but why still he so devoted and grief stricken by a wife who was having an affair . Why didn’t we learn more about that and his feelings on the topic? That being said I really loved Cooper. He was adorable. I loved that he was so accepting of Aly and never felt like she threatened to take his father or replace his mother. What happened to Inez when Blake moved the company to another state while she had just bought a new house? That was never mentioned again even though she played a huge part in the story of his workplace. I absolutely loved Blake’s parents and Aly’s family especially her brother Hollis. I would love to see Hollis get his own book. I really loved this book but I just wish I had answers to my questions. I know it wasn’t the main focus of the story so maybe the author felt that we didn’t need to know those things but I can’t turn my mind off wondering.
ONE DELICIOUS READ!!! OMG! Talk about hard decisions. A rollercoaster ride of emotions and events that really tugs those heartstrings and leaves you wanting more. One incredible storyline and thrilling plot brings this bad boy roaring to life beautifully. This is one little jewel that's written with such passion you feel all the gut wretching, uncertainty that really kicks this little gem up a few notches on the hot charts. This is one exciting, action packed, heart pounding, pulse racing, page turning bombshell that hits the ground running. All the trials and tribulations along with a few glitches here and there make for one exciting adventure. Throw in all the drama and suspense and you have one intense, electrifying tale that captures your attention from start to finish. The characters and their personalities are so realistic and believable it feels like you can just reach out and touch them. The scenes are so graphically detailed it really pulls this bad boy together beautifully. You have no trouble picturing every scenario as it plays out perfectly. Fantastic job Natasha, thanks for sharing this awesome read with us.
This is a wonderful romance story about an older man, Blake who lost his wife a year ago with an adorable 8 year old boy, Cooper and a younger woman, Aly. Blake can not move past what has happened in his life and stopped being a father at home and the successful businessman at work. One day his best friend, Hollis calls him and tells him he is hiring his little sister, Aly to be a nanny for Cooper and Blake agrees. Aly is excited to go and knows she’ll be able to take her college classes and work on finishing them. Once Aly arrives she finds an instant connection with Cooper and he slowly opens himself up. Blake can not believe how beautiful, full of life and just want the boys need to bring them both back to life! Both Blake and Aly have strong attraction to one another and hold back as long as they can until they can’t. Blake knows it’s wrong but it feels so right. Things move on in private but they they go a bit crazy. With their age differences and Aly’s over protective family will Blake and Cooper be able to get Aly back? This was a really sweet and touching book. Blake (38) is a really rich man businessman with an eight years old son. His wife past away, and everything just went downhill for him. He was still in his grieving period for a year until he agreed to hire Aly (23) as his son's nanny. Aly is Blake's best friend baby sister.
Blake was a mess. He didn't even have a good bond with his son, Cooper, after his wife passed. He didn't really put an effort into it until Aly put him in his place. I would have to say Aly is a really mature girl for her age. She knows what she's doing...only one time. Lol not going to give that one away. Blake and Aly are so hot together. Age is just a number. 😉 I love their chemistry, and I love how Aly automatically have a bond with Cooper.
"The girl who lit up the house with her magic, brought a father and a son back together, and showed me that life was so much bigger and so much more beautiful than I’d ever noticed before."
Blake’s wife died a year ago and he’s still in a fog. His business is being run by his assistant and he barely interacts with his 8 year old son. His best friend, who lives in San Francisco where he’s from, wants Blake to hire his younger sister as a nanny. She’s 23 and working two jobs to pay for college. Blake could pay her a better salary and she’d be able to study during the day. Aly shows up and isn’t the girl he remembers, she’s a beautiful adult and his interest stirs even though he’s 15 years older than her.
She makes their house a home again and wakes Blake up to his job and being a father again. In the meantime, Blake and Aly start a secret sexual relationship saying it’s just for fun without a future. We all know how that turns out in a romance novel, but there are some surprises along the way. The connection feels real and is very steamy.

This book gave me all the feels. I so enjoyed this book! Blake lost his wife a year ago and can't seem to get his head out of the constant fog. He knows his son, Connor, needs him but he just can't He gets a call from his best bud, Hollis, and is quite shocked when Hollis tells him that his little sister is coming to help, she'll be Connor's nanny When Hollis tells Aly that he's arranged for her make more money with one job than with her two and be able to keep up with her college courses she's flabbergasted... She has to move from San Francisco to Boston though... Aly arrives in Boston and can't believe Blake is sexier now than he was when he was younger; she still has a bit of a crush on him. Their attraction is beyond crazy and the sex is HAWT When she discovers she's pregnant she can't tell Blake but what will Blake do when he finds out? I loved this book
Blake is still mourning the death of his wife and hasn't moved on with his life. After a year he is just existing which is causing problems with his eight year old son. Blake's best friend Hollis sends his daughter who is has grown into a beautiful young woman to be his nanny. Aly needs a well-paying job to pay for her college courses. She is beautiful, bright, sunny and very young. When Blake and Aly meet again there is an undeniable steamy chemistry between the two. A relationship would be so wrong since Aly is his best friend's daughter and there is a huge age difference. Will they overcome these obstacles? “Forbidden Daddy” is an outstanding read, a marvelous romance and a MUST READ. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
This was a really nice story cos i'm a sucker for this kind of "forbidden" love. And its very heartwarming when they overcome all odds to be together. It gives me that 'awwwww' feeling. Having said that, I would have loved to give it more stars but i just couldn't connect with it or the characters. I couldn't feel the chemistry between Blake and Aly, neither could i feel the parental love between Blake and his son, Cooper. It all seems very stiff and awkward. There were a few love scenes but again, there was not much heat. This story definitely falls short of my expectations, which in all honesty, was quite disappointing.
Older man/Younger woman with a twist For all of his eight years Cooper was more understanding, compassionate, and mature than some adults. Although the story revolves more around Aly and Blake, he is the glue that holds everything together. From day one Aly recognizes Blake’s problems and sets out to remedy them and their effect on Cooper. This wonderfully written story will captivate you from the very beginning to the last word. Blake lost his wife a year ago and is now living with his son. Struggling to get trough the day. His best friend Hollis has a plan. His little sister Aly needs a job while studying and therefore she can move in and be the nanny. There is fifteen years between the two of them but there chemistry is strong. They both know it is a bad idea but they just can stay away from each other, they make each other happy. Will they have the happy ending or not ? Such a sweet romance. I fell in love with all the characters and enjoyed getting to know them. It was so sweet and I really enjoyed it
This is a well written book with strong characters and an entertaining story line. The author does a great job building their story and pulling you in , keeping you there right to the end. She brings tons of emotions and describes both the characters and her scenes vividly. It's a beautifully written older ,an/younger woman romance that moves at a steady pace and held me from start to finish. I loved and highly recommend this book.

I just finish reading forbidden daddy and I really enjoy it and I will be read it again. I going to recommend it to my friends. I choose to give this 4 stars because it was good reading and it kept my interest throughout the whole book. The character of the book is on point and the love story of very good And the Nanny bought the daddy and child back together again. The nanny
Family was a little to protect of her. The want to take care of her. But she already fall in love with the daddy
Let me say out the gate, I loved Connor. Okay, on to Blake and Aly, I did enjoy their story. I liked that Black did not shy away from talking about grief, depression, and the power of love. By Aly being the baby of a large family and majoring in early childhood development, she did not know how valuable her skillset was until it was put to the test. We often respond emotionally first to things but when we spend time alone and can think things through, we are able to make better decisions. Hopefully the conclusion that we come to won't be too late for the desired outcome.
”Having that vision of a fifteen-year-old girl in my mind led me straight to a surprise when this gorgeous, curvy, blonde-haired babe stopped in front of me and smiled.”
I thought this book was good but not great. It just seemed to be missing some romance for me. The author didn’t quite pull me in and make me feel all the emotions I’m looking for in a five star story. Nothing really stood out. In fact for the first few chapters I thought that I might have even made a mistake and had read it before.
After the death of his wife, Blake is left devastated with an eight-year-old son to raise. He is barely making it through the days going through the motions. His best friend suggest that he hires his baby sister Aly to become Cooper's nanny to which he reluctantly agrees. Aly breathes life back into not only Blake, but she brings him and his son Cooper together again. Blake realizes that he has feelings for Aly and acts upon them but in doing so it has an unexpected turn of events. I voluntarily agreed to receive an ARC of this book for an honest review.

Wow, what a beautifully well-written book and the characters well developed. Blake went into a deep depression after the passing of his late wife. He was barely functioning and neglecting his duties as a parent. Aly was like a breath of fresh air that Blake and her son didn't know they needed. I truly enjoyed this book and I know you will too.
This is a raw and intense page turner about a older man and younger woman., a steamy romance filled with heartache, hope, love and steamy scenes. Blake lost his wife a year ago and has lived in a state of depression and anger distancing himself from everything and everyone. When Aly, his best friends sister, blows into his life and turns his world around he feels things that he thought were long buried.
