Usually there is no one size fits all solutions, but in this book, the formula fits all organization structures, big or small, in any function and division. All one needs to do is tweak the assessment values and the formula works.

Although technology has taken over, the human aspect remains important. By quantifying the assessment result in numbers, managers are well placed to discover the strengths and weaknesses of their direct-reports and to help them excel in the area they perform best.

Useful and practical tips fill the book. A good buy!
