Rocio comes to intentionality with her own style of authenticity and energy. I've rarely run across a more daily positive person (who, by the way, used and deepened that approach to cure herself of brain cancer). If you want to make life changes, read it and DO THE EXERCISES. (It's like losing weight, listening to encouraging audio doesn't do it -- YOU do it.)
