5⭐ En mi corazón
¡Esta novela es todo lo que no te esperas al ver la portada!
Sin dudas el punto fuerte de la novela es el desarrollo de sus personajes. ¡Me encantan! Tanto los principales como los secundarios. Especialmente, terminé enamorada de YangYang 😭💕💞💘💓💗
Lo de restarle 0.5 estrellas a mi calificación objetiva fue porque sentí que tuvo un final demasiado abrupto. Lo estaba leyendo tan tranquilamente, esperando que sucedan muchas cosas más, cuando me encuentro con que el siguiente capítulo ya es un extra y que la historia principal ya había terminado.
Eso me pareció tan injusto. Quería ver: a los protagonistas declararse su amor; a los protagonistas conociendo a los padres de su respectiva pareja; un final con un tinte judicial y penal justo para la malvada que salió completamente impune (los que ya lo leyeron, saben a quien me refiero). QUERÍA VER TANTAS COSAS MÁS QUE NO MENCIONARÉ PORQUE SERÍA SPOILER.
En fin, no me esperaba que me gustara tanto esta novela. Sobre todo cuando empecé a leerla y me enredaba con todos los términos de juegos (PK, 2v2, 5v5, etc). Pero, terminé entendiendo todo muy bien y obviamente terminé enamoradísima de Ling Yang, al mismo tiempo también de la pareja que forma con Ye Lang.
Voy a extrañar tanto leerlos T•T
¡Y lo que me reí con esta novela! Es súper graciosa.
Si tienen la oportunidad de leerlo, deben hacerlo. No se arrepentirán.

My gamer/book lover soul was not ready for this. I thought, since I am already reading a couple of novels that are quite angsty I am gonna try this one that seems silly while I wait for some updated chapters. Boy, I never thought I was gonna have so much fun with it to the extent that I have stayed 2 days in a row awake til 4am reading, despite having to work the next day.
I love Ling Yang (MC) to pieces!!! He is so flawed and silly that sometimes even he has to admit to himself that he is just TOO.DAMN.DUMB. But there is also an incredibly relatable and lovable vulnerability about how he puts on this clown facade in front of others to avoid breaking down. Ye Lang(ML) is not a knight in shining armour, and his journey for self acceptance and finding himself was quite enjoyable. The supporting characters are so well developed that at times you just can't help wanting more of them, even if that is to detriment to the main couple"s story. Ending feels a bit sudden and anticlimactic considering everything that happened, but as a writer myself I KNOW writing endings is a nightmare and I would never judge a book solely on that. To quote another book I love (The Witch"s Heart): "The ending doesn't matter. What matters is how we got there."
Without going into much detail because alas!spoilers, I really enjoyed how the dom/sub dynamic was written and the important role it played for them in their development as a couple and accepting themselves. Every layer of themselves.
This is the first novel where I have laughed out loud, crying, literal tears, belly hurting for several minutes, unable to continue reading until I got a glass of water, because of how funny what I was reading was. Not once. But multiple times.

Ok. Time for a long and cringe review no one will read.
First off all I wasn’t planning to finish this but I somehow kept reading after ch.30 and then just binged it. Therefore I kinda rushed the story.
So regarding the story, the first third only happens inside the game and then it gradually fades to the outside but then the last part is just fundamentally different from the beginning and it felt like the author wrote whatever she wanted.
Not really complaining but it does feel like it wasn’t really planned. Also the backstory getting deeper and more angsty didn’t align with the main feeling of the book.
Well All in all it was an entertaining read but I wouldn’t call it a great novel. Except from the personality of the ml there wasn’t anything that stuck out a lot and there were too many characters and also the story changed genres. And I really didn’t like the backstory cuz it made everything so much more serious.
But thinking about how this was published in 2011 it was probably very unique.
I wouldn’t say that I’ve wasted these past hours but still something is lacking.
The same is true for the other book of this author which probably explains why I felt the same way about both books even though I didn’t know they were written by the same author, ig it’s just the way the author writes and creates stories🤷♂️

-Chaotic and aimless gaming plot. I found it hard to be invested in the various guild disputes and activities
-Way too many characters, difficult to keep track of online vs real life identities
-Everyone is gay
-Takes a confusingly long time to get to the truth of MC’s past. By then I didn’t even want to know
-For all of the novel’s many shortcomings, the smut is spicy if you can overlook the under-negotiated kinks!

Jakie to słodkie! Wybrałam tę nowelkę na chybił trafił, a okazała się być naprawdę dobra. Bardzo brakowało mi takiego MC jak w MDZS, więc naprawdę pokochałam Little Antelope~ To dopiero pierwsza książka na trzy, a ja przepadam, mam nadzieję, że druga też taka będzie, bo czyta się błyskawicznie.

Surprisingly had fun, this is why I have FOMO because I initially wrote this off but I decided to give it another shot and it was enjoyable for the most part. Still got a lil weird at parts and straight up racist in the extras (why do they always do this.) but yeah fun otherwise

không quá tệ, nhưng so với hai tác phẩm khác mình đã đọc của Dịch Tu La thì bộ này không hợp với mình. và có lẽ phần nhiều là do mình thích mối tình không thành của Lăng Dương và Mạnh Hổ hơn (tôi lụy Mạnh Hổ huhu). anw thì đây vẫn là một bộ truyện thú vị, đủ để giải trí, dành cho ai thích võng du và tình yêu của Lăng Dương và Diệp Lãng vẫn rất đẹp.

More like a 3.5. I read the series and it was really cute! I liked the protagonist's personality, he was really bubbly and outgoing without verging into annoying. The entire first book is mainly the main couple interacting in the game and then by the last book, they don't really interact in the game much. Also these books must have been written before the censorship became harsher lol Another plus is that there's a lot of other interesting side pairings.
Summary: LingYang buys an already leveled up female account only to discover the previous owner scammed people out of a bunch of money and in order to save the account husband's face, LingYang has to continue to pretend to be his wife in the game. Lots of funny antics, misunderstandings and some light bdsm ensue
