I tore myself from Batman fanfics long enough to read yaoi manga, and here is my finding:

"At the very end, I wish you will be the one to hug my burnt ashes."

(1) The artwork is so damn great! (as usual)

(2) The main couple is hot, good looking! (as usual)

(3) this volume serves more as a revealing for the main couple's past history and backstories, and I like how their stories go. Their backstories are thoughtfully set up, nothing overly dramatic and cliched.

(4) I totally love it when the male lead proposals to his male best friend point blank...and you probably can guess how well would the latter react!

(5) The guy-on-guy action is hot and sexy! Mind you there is no actual sex but the make-out sessions are already hot as hell!

Kiriya e Zaizen sono stati dei personaggi molto importanti nell'arco dedicato a Hizuru e Youmei e adesso tocca al loro rapporto essere indagato e raccontato. E per farlo si deve anche tornare indietro nel tempo alla triste infanzia dei due e al loro primo incontro e dell'amicizia loro e di Hitomi. I tre ragazzi sono amici, per quanto non sembrerebbe, e si sono sempre aiutati e supportati soprattutto nei momenti più difficili della loro vita, aiutandosi a vicenda a curare le proprie ferite. Ma si tratta solo di amicizia o i sentimenti che Kiriya continuamente dice di provare per Zaizen sono veri e sinceri? La mia amica amante di questa serie ha detto che Kiriya e Zaizen sono la sua coppia preferita e capisco perché. Mi è rimasta una gran voglia di vedere come finirà questa loro parte di storia. Intanto mi sta piacendo molto, il loro passato è triste, ma stupendo, il loro rapporto ben analizzato e raccontato con quella delicatezza che caratterizza i disegni e la narrazione della Shimizu che riesce a trattare temi alquanto forti in maniera aggraziata e per nulla banale. Davvero, davvero bello e adorabile la piccola storia extra con i miei Hizuru e Youmei che sono carinissimi e innamorati come non mai. Non smetterò di ripetere quanto questa serie sia stupenda <3
