This is definitely a change from Ms. Hunt’s previous works. I enjoyed the book and look forward to more Kaylynn Hunt.

I really enjoyed Complicated Simplicity. It's a quick read that'll have you thinking twice about what you've read. I've read a few books by this author and I can say she totally switched it up. She's showing that she can write in any genre. I can't wait to see what she gives us next.

This was a different sort of read, but sweet. Both Baxter and Serenity were living with gifts that most people would not understand. However, when they meet, they both know that there is something special about the other that they would like to explore. Soon they understand their connection, and all the pieces fall into place.

Perfectly titled
Baxter and Serenity were too sweet and kind for words. I loved that Baxter loved and lost but his loss never stopped him from loving again and that Serenity wasn’t looking for love, but when she meet Baxter love wouldn’t let her wait. I instantly felt the powerful connection between them when they innocently touched hands and learn later how powerful the connect is and why.
This was a feel good story of an unusual love between two people with very unique abilities. Whew lawd, the author threw me with a shocking twist that changed the whole vibe, it raised the hairs on my arms and made me go hmmm…if I mentioned it, it would be a major spoiler, but it’s a good twist and brings to story full circle that these two are made for each other even the spirits wanted to see them win. I love the family and friendship dynamics depicted and the closeness, acceptance and willingness to support and protect each other.
A cute and different portrayal showing how love allows one to accept the whole of someone without question or doubt….unconditionally. Well written and left me wanting more to which I think Clay needs a story…IJS.

An Amazing Love
I am a fan of this author. This short read was something different from Kaylynn Hunt. I can see her growth as an author. This story proves that there is a true and unconditional love for everyone. Your idiosyncrasies may be a breath of fresh air to the right person. I loved how you read something and then later hints made you go back and re read a paragraph. I enjoyed how subtle the hints were. I would recommend this book if you are open minded and believe in true love.

An Amazing Expression of Love
This is an amazing read. It's poetic in it's flow. I am just in awe of how deep and spiritual the bond between our two main characters is. This novella is romantic, soft, exciting, and mysterious all in one. Andddddd, I like to think that the author named a character after me. Lol.
I am beyond impressed and moved by Kaylynn's recent work. This piece is simply beautiful.

Sweet Story
I enjoyed getting to know the main characters and their gifts. Serenity’s pure heart leaped out of the book and I felt as if I knew her.

I really wanted to love this 😩 it had serious potential but I felt like there were too many side stories crammed into a short book. And no one talks like that 😑

Great storyline, interesting characters and unexpected twists make this quick read very enjoyable. Pay attention to the subtle. I wish Complicated Simplicity was a little longer as I wanted more.

Serenity and Baxter meet at a bookstore where she goes on a regular basis. They kind of hit it off almost immediately.
He's keeping a secret, she's keeping a secret as well but I wouldn't say it's anything that qualifies as a deal breaker to the other. In fact, their secrets end up bringing them closer.
My only problem was it felt like they meet, went on a few dates & he proposed. It felt like some things were left out.

Such beauty
In a lot of the books you get the raw, the gritty, the uncut. Baby girl delivered such quite beauty, and perfect love and passion. I loved it. Sister was unafraid to step away from the gritty and give pure , spiritual and the beauty of love. Sister thank you wall done.

Warms the Heart!
This story had me smiling right away. Serenity and Baxter's love story will warm your heart. If you don't believe in love at first sight, you will after reading this book. This was my first introduction to the author, but not my last.
