Like a really long list
Good book as a reminder for what zen is. Some typos but this does the job well. Very useful to have by your side or on your desk.

This is so wonderful. It feels weird to mark it as read because it is something I go back to and pick up and open and reflect on. I am so grateful to a wise and wonderful woman, Carol, for introducing me to this book.
