This was by far one of the best books I have ever read. It kept me turning the pages and I didn't want to put it down. The characters were three dimensional and I enjoyed watching them as they evolved as the book progressed. If you're looking for a HOT read with everything else in between this is the book for you. I can't wait to take several more journeys with this author.

I am completely obsessed with this book. I loved that the build up of the story was not rushed, it was gradual. Every chapter reeled me in...I could not put it down lol. An intriguing read indeed! Amazing work by this author!

This is an amazing book with interesting characters who make it hard to put down. I didn’t sleep because I was enthralled with the book. It made me so sad when I realized it had ended. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to read because I am waiting for the next book.( I refuse to believe that Control is the only book)

February 15, 2019When I first came across this book and began reading I was immediately drawn in! It’s so well written. You did everything perfectly. The characters are really well developed and so was the plot. There wasn’t a huge rush to get to it but a great build up to everything. I just love this book so much overall!!

Loved this book. It grabs your attention from the beginning and holds it. It flows well and you remember the characters. There's no Mary Jane's, no over domineering male figure. The relationship is real, refreshing and entertaining.

A whole lot of Smut lol
This book was filled with a whole lot of smut and I was here for it. This is my first book by this author and I’m definitely going to be reading more of her work! Teir Marks just gained another reader! Yay !

Alijah is new to town and in need of a job, so she finds herself at Cayman Industries for a personal assistant position, not realizing that it’s a twenty-four hour job, and she’ll be living with her new boss Kieran Cayman, a man whose company has their hands in a little bit of everything.
At first glance I already knew I wanted to give this book a try. The imagery of the male on the cover with his hand around the female’s neck already had that tingling in my stomach kicking up. Then I went and read the synopsis and discovered it was a scene from the book. A salacious one at that, and I was ready to get on the ride.
Let me tell you, that this is not your average billionaire romance. Alijah is a feisty young woman, who gives the always gets what he wants, Kieran a run for his money, and doesn’t shy away from his, to others, intimidating looks and cold eyes, and she is soon tearing down that ice shell he has around him just by being herself.
I enjoyed reading their dynamics and their back and forths, not to mention the fact that Kieran always says what’s on his mind. Especially, when it has to do with him wanting, and desiring Alijah. The man has no filter and I love it. If daddyish was a person, it would have to be Kieran Cayman.
The intimate scenes in this book have given me a whole new level of standards for sex scenes because one of the entire chapters was them being intimate and the detail was so phenomenal I felt as if I was right there, watching it up close and in person. Hell, being a part of it. I saw a review when making this purchase that stated the intimate scenes were “okay”. I’m convinced that person watched too much pornography and has desensitized themselves.
But with all good writing Alijah and Kieran have an obstacle that they need to overcome, and let me tell you, get your tissues because it’s going to pull at every heart string you have.
I would have liked a few of the lingering questions I had to be answered in this book, but I discovered when I finished reading that there is a second one that has recently been released, and I will definitely be giving it a read.
If you want a good romance novel with sex scenes that will have you reevaluating all the others you’ve read, this is the book for you.
For the lingering questions left unanswered a solid 4.5/5.

I was hooked from the start. I literally didn't sleep until I finished. That rarely ever happens as I like my sleep as much as the next gal. Cliche to say this but- it made me laugh and made me cry. I was so happy to learn that this was the first book in a series. Love the author's style of writing and the connection to the characters. The build-up was exquisite and the character's growth throughout had me rooting for them. I could literally read this over and over again and not get bored. A must read!

Awesome book and very well written. From the first paragraph I was pulled in. I love to be intrigued by a book, and when one grabs my attention the way this one did... it became very hard to actually stop reading. I now have one of my coworkers reading this and she loves it as well.
I love Kierans personality, and the way Alijah handles him is perfect. They are quite the match.

This book was truly enthralling, I can admit to staying up late at night multiple times to read it. By the end of the novel, I was so attached to the characters and their lives that it seemed real.

I love reading this book. This story is one of my favorites by Teir Marks. Each chapter left me wanting more and there were no question left unanswered. I would recommend this book to everyone.

The hero in this story didn't work for me. I hated his sexual presumptuousness, he went from cold to too familiar too quickly for my own personal tastes.
