4.5 Holy Escort Hotness Stars!
Being a self-proclaimed escort book whore, I didn't hesitate to download this baby. It's an addiction, I readily admit it! No judging me!
Jace is a high-end escort in Los Vegas. The books starts out with a bang with a scene in which he's hired to create a night of your life for three women...yes, three women to one Jace! Woah it was seriously hot and sucked (pun intended) me in from the start. Jace hasn't had the greatest of lives before taking up escorting. His dad left his family, his brother was murdered at age 15, then his mother drowned her sorrows in booze. He needed to career to bring her out of debt quick. With his looks and his fondness of all things p8ssy, it was a win win.
Adrienne is an event coordinator, working most of the time or hanging with her bestie Emilie. Her dating life is virtually non-existent. Instead, she and Em just hit the club scene on occasion. But there's this one GLC (God Like Creature) that she's seen on more than one occasion at events or clubs around the Strip. And said GLC always has a girl on his arm...always a DIFFERENT girl. Man-whore.
Jace sets eyes on Adrienne stepping out of a taxi...all long legs and perfect ass. So when he runs into her again at a club, he's like a blubbering teenager running to introduce himself. He has a date for the night but, hey, this is the first chick to spike his interest in a very long time. Let the chase begin...
Loved this book. Woah, is it steamy. Jace, being an escort, isn't quick to be honest of his choice of occupation when he starts to go after Adrienne. All Adrienne knows is he's a habitual serial dater, uber wealthy, driving his Bentley and living in his high rise penthouse. He must be corporate something so when she's contracted to plan the grand opening of the club he's opening with his two other escort buddies, she kind of puts off the questioning of career history. Seriously, he's irresistible once she gives up the fight...and who seriously wouldn't? Jace is all model cut, dressed to perfection but with the clothes come off...those tattoos! Gah!
There's something about Adrienne that stimulates Jace. She's the only one that truly wants to get to know the real him without ulterior motives. He's needs to be honest but things are going so good...
Adrienne is a strong heroine. Sexually deprived but not willing to be another notch on his bedpost. I commend her strength to all things Jace.
Devoured this book. Almost in one sitting. It is seriously FUCKHOT. We are introduced to the other escorts who will have future books within the series. Looking forward to Em and Troy's book.
***I should probably add that there's NOT a lot of back and forth of him sleeping with her then clients. I know that turns some people off to escort books. This book is not the case. Jace is a dream!

3.5--Entertaining--Stars!!

I actually liked this book. Okay, I'm not really shocked. It seems to be pretty hit or miss amongst my GRs friends though so I really had no idea what to expect.
Two things. This book was funny!
"She has a sploshing fetish."
"What the fuck is a sploshing fetish?"
"She likes to have food and stuff smeared on her, then eaten off."
"That's not too bad right? I mean, whipped cream and chocolate syrup ain't bad to lick off a nice, naked body."
"Too bad she wanted fuckin' baked beans and ketchup rubbed all over her! That shit is nasty."
And it was hot! Like seriously hot.
Even when Jace was with clients. Yeah, yeah....judge away.
The story itself was rather predictable, but I was entertained throughout. I didn't find the hero or the heroine to be annoying.
Jace, the hero, is an escort. He gets paid to entertain woman whether that be with sex, companionship, etc. Jace and Adrienne bump in to each other here and there and eventually spend the night together.
Adrienne of course has no clue that Jace is an escort.
Adrienne and her BFF Emilie were really fun and funny together. Jace and all of his escort friends were too.
You can guess where the story goes but honestly it played out better than I expected it to. Yes, I wish Jace had been the one to actually tell Adrienne that he was an escort and not Vivian who by the way...total
There were some plot holes and things that didn't add up or make sense but it didn't really take away from the story for me. Some of the dialogue was also a bit on the cheesy side but again, not enough to turn me off too bad.
This was just a fun, cute read. It is a series, however the next book will be about another one of the escorts. So Living in Sin can be read as a standalone. If you're looking for something quick and fun and smokin' hot then I definitely recommend this one.

Not bad, not bad at all.
This was a pretty entertaining read. I actually liked ALL of the characters!
This story is told in alternating pov of Jace and Adrienne and I found the writing sexy and the story overall actually good.
Jace is a sexy, rich, male escort in Las Vegas. Adrienne is an event player who is a bit of a runner but gets her act together earlier than most. Jace falls for Adrienne and fears that when he tells her his profession he will loss her. Jace and his escort pals are in the process of opening a club and for Jace he will be leaving the escort world.
I have to admit I really liked Jace. He was pretty hot, sweet and deserved a hea.
A reader waits for Adrienne to learn the truth about Jace and although the outcome of the story was predictable, I actually liked it.
My favorite character hands down was Adrienne’s bff Emilie. Emilie was hysterical and it appears that her and Troy will be the stars of the next book!
This story is nothing earthshattering but it was entertaining and I will be reading the next book in the series.

Well, Living in Sin is that type of read. Add Jace Jamison into the mix…holy wow was this guy sex on legs! We bloody loved this cocky, tattooed, sensual, gorgeous, generous, witty sex god alright! He was as divine in a well-tailored suit as he was in a pair of sports shorts…..and let’s not get started on Jace in his naked form!! But although being an arrogant arse at times, he had such a beautiful soft side. Yep! This guy had it all going on!

Call me naive but I didnt realise this was that kind of 18+ book. Needless to say I was in complete shock with chapter 1. Ive read before and that wasnt my issue. I felt like there wasnt enough book time for the couple in the first half of the book.
My lovely smut book buddies will definitely love this, it was steamy hot and there was some face grinning moments. I just didnt feel fully invested in this couple.

I really liked this one a lot!! Sometimes the male escort books don't really do it for me.. sometimes they do. This was one of those cases where it totally had me hooked from the first chapter.. and holy crap what an opening chapter!! Isabel Lucero wanted to give the readers and "in your face" idea of exactly what Jace did for a living right off the bat.
So yea.. Jace is an escort and he rakes in the big bucks. He doesn't have sex with all his clients.. but sure, most of them he does. He's never been in a committed relationship and doesn't see that happening anytime soon.
Enter Adrienne.. and event planner that's seen this sexy fine God-like-creature around town at different events she's planned and he's always with a different woman. She's extremely attracted to him..but figures he's a for sure man ho ( little does she know..) and knows she couldn't play that game. NO matter how wet she gets anytime she see's him. So why the 4.5 and not a solid 5..? well, I would have liked an epilogue for just Jace and Adrienne... the epilogue in this book is leading us into the story of Troy and Emilie. Troy is Jace's friend, business partner, and an escort. Emilie is Adrienne's bff and is hilarious. We see a good bit of both of them in this book and the next book is theirs. I'm really looking forward to it! We do get a glimpse of where Jace and Adrienne are in their relationship.. I just wanted more. We'll get to see more of them in book 2 though.. so that makes me a little happier :)

Yeap...that would be my reaction after a few pages of reading this one!!! OMG..this one starts off with a hell of a bang!!
Living in Sin..tells the story of Jace and Adrienna with a supporting cast that will have you laughing out loud!!!
Jace is a sexy..wealthy...high end escort living and working in Las Vegas..He gives woman exactly what they want and need..rather it be arm candy for the night..a ear to listen..or per request some pretty impressive bed boogie!!! I just got 4 words for Mr Jace...
Jace has never been in a committed relationship ever...he didn't have the fairy-tail upbringing..His dad left..He had a brother die at a young age and his mom drowned her grief in a bottle..Never wanting to ever feel the need to want for anything and striving to provide a better life for himself and his mother he decides to become an escort....
One day after leaving a job he encounters a beautiful woman getting out of a cab..although they don't officially meet she does catch his eye...
Adrienne who is a confidant..sassy..event planner who by the way hasn't been laid in awhile. 3.5 Stars!
The best way to describe this book was HOT with a little bit of cheesy. I really liked the beginning of this book. It then became a little bit predictable and towards the end a little cheesy but overall it was still a nice read!
Jace is a male escort. He likes the ladies and they definitely like him....So we see when one of his jobs is a foursome with 3 girls. It was a little hard to keep up but one was blonde, one was brunette, and the other had a blue dress. It was a whole lot of licking, sucking and pounding going on. :)
And I liked it!
But then Jace meets Adrienne....and he actually wants to date her.
They start dating but Jace hasn't told Adrienne what he does for a living....You already know where this is going....
So of course Adrienne finds out and is like
I don't mind being there to comfort Jace though when Adrienne pushes him away...
I will say with regard to Vivian....
Ok so after Jace explains himself Adrienne realizes
and that's where the cheesiness began....
I felt the overall smuttiness and storyline kinda took a turn when they became head over heels in love and the cheesiness factor took away from the story for me.
And then of course you need to throw in some ex-boyfriend drama for good measure.
I mean don't get me wrong I'm glad they get their HEA but I could have definitely done without the gift and letter towards the end. I will be continuing with this series when the next book comes out though!

What a fun, hot read!!!! Hmm, you wanna know what the very first thing I am gonna do, next time I am in Vegas is gonna be??? Oh yeah, boys...mark me down for an appointment!! LOL!
Jace is a high-end escort in Las Vegas. This one starts out with a HUGE bang...pun intended...as we follow Jace into an all out orgy scene. Adrienne meets Jace and really can't tell a lot about him. She knows that he's hot, sexy, and elusive...she also knows that she hasn't had good sex in...well, a while. What starts out as a simple night of fun, in search of a good time and some mutual satisfaction, ends up turning into much, much more!

I felt like the revealing of his whole career identity to Adrienne was a bit drug out. And I also just generally felt like this one could have been better. I don't know, I just wanted a bit more from the story.
I did enjoy it though and I will definitely read the next book in the series, which is supposed to be Troy and Emilie's story.
My favorite part was their date where Loved that!! One of my favorite date scenes in a book, ever!!

So I finshed this book yesterday and I am interested in the author so I went to her homepage and was surprised at what some of the other readers mentioned while reading this book. Fact is and this is my opinion authors put blood, sweat and tears in to writing a book that it's a shame that a fair review isn't written. So I waited and slept on it to decide what I wanted to write. Please also remember that this is the authors debut novel and well for that and the story I give her 4.5 - 5 Stars.
Living in Sin is different (different as in positive different) It's witty, funny and shows and aspect of life that is depicted very well. I started reading the 1st chapter at work and holy hotness this wasn't just smut I felt as if I was in a porn movie (also meant in a positive way) The scene wasn't tacky but it showed that with being an escort there is no love involved but it's all a matter of playing a role and for the guys it seems very mechanical.
After my first initial shock of the first chapter and meeting the male characters Jace, Marc, Troy, Nico and Kade. The characters are all unique in their own way which will make the series great. They are a tight knit group and share their experiences here's a little teaser from the book.
"Ugh, I wish it was one of those. She has a sploshing fetish" "What the fuck is sploshing?" I ask. "She likes to have food stuff smeared on her and then eaten off." "That's not too bad, right? I mean whipped cream and chocolate syrup ain't that bad to lick off a nice, naked body." "Too bad she wanted baked beans and ketchup rubbed all over her! That shit is nasty."
And don't even me started on the skank in the book... What a bitch! Cheap, gross and bah!!!!
Adrienne has been through a dry patch and through her job as an event planner she has seen Jace with various women and thinks he is a total player. But if she only knew the truth . They meet and things develop. Sometimes I wasn't feeling the chemistry between them at other times I was. Jace feels like he can be himself around her and wants to keep her around but doesn't know how to tell her about his profession. There are some mishaps but it all works out. It's a great book and worth the read. I loved Emilie, Adrienne's best bud and Troy.
Oh boy and what a cliffhanger at the end...... Thank you very much for such an entertaining book. I can't wait for Troy and Emilie's book.

Didn't find much of it funny, though it was supposed to be.
I thought the sex between Jace and Adrienne was a little mundane.
The missing “ or the added “ here and there.
The fact that Adrienne is shocked to find out there are male escorts in Sin City.
The amount of time it took for the romance to kick in, and how long it took for Adrienne to actually find out Jace was an escort (long).
I did like;
The fact that it Jace wasn't an escort because he had a dying mum or a sister to put through college.
Jace was redeemable.

1 Star.
I couldn't finish this book. The plot was intriguing but the writing didn't grab me.
Why I couldn't finish this book
1) It was monotone. There was too much of "I." I sat down, I turned, I walked, I moved, I reached, I this I that. No. It was so bland and repetitive. I couldn't do it. It was all about movements. I'm used to reading "I sat down and began to think about blah blah...My mother was always harping about my lack of this or that." Ya know, there's usually some writing and explanation. A nice flow. In this book it was just (something similar to this) "I sat on the bed. I pulled the cover away from her shoulder. She moved away and I crawled toward her. I this. I that...I kissed her on the side of the lips." No. Nope. I couldn't deal with that.
2) Lack of descriptions. It's not enough to read that Jace is in a bar, I want to know what it looks like. Jukebox? Disco lights? Square tables? A DJ? No. The same could be said for the hotel room. I'm not saying it has to be all "mahogany desk, mini fridge, five pillows, oriental rug..." but a little "the blinds were drawn, covers pulled back, and my lips twisted as I stared at the two vixen's waiting for me to put them out of their misery.." or something like that. (Hell, I don't know, but you get the drift.)
3) I felt nothing. I've said this in a lot of my reviews, but this one really takes the cake. If an author can't give a big description (aka places, faces, bodies) then the voice has to suck me in and make my imagination do the work. There was no voice in this book. NONE. No metaphors, similes...
I don't know, maybe Jace just wasn't that interesting or perhaps boring. When I read I want to feel the excitement in the words. It honestly felt like the author was bored while writing this.
Worth Noting:
I stopped reading at page 14 of my Ebook. (Aka the end of chapter 1.) You've got 1 chapter to suck me in and make me want more. I used to give 40 pages, but with so many books out nowadays I don't have time for that. The first chapter is a make or break. (Which I assume is why every author rambles on and on about polishing it to perfection.) It determines a lot.
Another thing that turned me off from this reading experience: lack of vocabulary. "Inspection" along with concentrate, devilish, and vibration were really the only big words thrown in Chapter 1. It read like a teenage fantasy novel. So many small words and repetitiveness. It did nothing for me. I have this pet peeve about rereading the same word in the following sentence. For example: Sure. "I’m sure to check out each of their bodies as they pass. I sure did get lucky tonight."<---Quote from chapter 1.
I let my husband (who does not read, EVER) read the above quote and he said "It sounds like a girl. Like I like did like this and like..."
Things that REALLY bugged me
*Too much smiling during sex...Grin, yes, smile, no. If he's playful and naughty, why the hell is he smiling?
*I didn't know what the hell was going on in that hotel room. All of these girls (blonde, brunette ect) were all over the place. I didn't know who was doing what. It was a mess. This girls legs were over this ones, her hair was falling onto his back, while this other girl is in between this ones legs...Blondie steps out of the room and Jace is fingering brunette while the blue dress is going down on whoever.
While writing this I did manage to take a look at Chapter 2 to give it the benefit of a doubt. But the second I saw “Hey, don’t hate me cause I’m beautiful, Jace said." I cringed. No matter what he did in chapter 1, his masculinity was ripped to shreds right there. No man looks sexy saying that, not even if it's meant to be playful or as a joke.
Word repetitiveness in first chapter (Which is 12 pages in my ebook, size 14 font)
Pussy-23 (This one was everywhere and did little to help Jace's persona.)

So yea. This one was a miss. I don't think i'm too picky, just that everyone else has lower standards.
And that's my review. Sorry. I didn't like it. AT ALL.

I absolutely love this book! Wow its very hot and entertaining. I dunno why I always been fascinated about escorts and strippers but the hell I love this things. The story is amazingly written and I'm honestly hooked from the beginning damn..
So basically its about escort living.. Jace is an escort in Vegas. His been living this life in along time, the money, the things they can easily get. No string attached / no relationship needed. But when he met Adrienne the exotic type of look he love ... He knows that he need to get a taste of her.
When they did finally hooked up at first he thought its just gonna be all about sex but there is something about Adrienne that he can get enough.
The attraction that they cant deny.. The things in the past.. The secret he's afraid to tell but still Love always find his way ..
OH MY GOODD!! Did I said it was HOT well seriously its HOOOT!! I love everything about. Mama Mia!!!!! Man was I in for quite the surprise when I started reading Living In Sin!!!!!!!!!!!! Within the first couple of pages, my jaw was on the floor.
My introduction to Jace was absolutely mind blowing!! I'm usually not into reading what went down in Chapter One, but hot damn!! The man is just....wow.
Ok, so let's continue.
Jace & Adrienne meet by chance. Adrienne's immediate attraction to Jace comes with much caution. She immediately puts him in the manwhore category (and she was kind of on point) but can't help the attraction she has to him.

I will always skip to a good escort story, and the promise of Living in Sin had me doing just that. However, I scan the reviews for this book and wonder whether I had 1-clicked in error..I didn't love this book, but, by the end I had enjoyed the story and would read on subsequently.
Jace Jamison was an incredibly beautiful, cocky almost arrogant specimen (..I say almost because he had redeemed himself in the latter part of the story). The opening chapter was not a great scene setter for me. Don't get me wrong, I love a good, erotic, multi-limbed fumble ; the more descriptive, the better. But I was left feeling this was a just galiant attempt. I was confused, and struggled to piece it all together.
Marching on, we meet Adrienne in all her beauty, and there starts their story. I enjoyed watching their meetings, their dalliances, but felt slightly let down by the underdeveloped dialogue.
This story showed promise, but it just fell a little short of that for me.

Well...I had no idea I was so parched, but good golly did Jace quench my thirst. Jace was one magnificent, huge, tall glass of sexy water! I really loved this wonderful debut by Isabel Lucero (cue audience applause). I was sucked in by just the first chapter alone. A hot mysterious foursome with a dark sexy stranger...I think I should continue reading right? I love when a book just dives right in without holding back. That first chapter from Jace's point of view hooked me right away, so I firmly believe the rest of you readers out there will undoubtedly be sentenced to the same fate. Adrienne and Jace's story is refreshingly different and undeniably hot! Fair warning...be prepared to have your insides liquify to a pile of goo.
"I mean, you come to my house where we definitely won't be eating any more meat, but where I have something else that can fill you up, and you may not be wearing that dress. Shoes can stay though."-Jace
The sexy innuendoes and banter that Adrienne and Jace shared throughout the book was a delightful treat. It was a knee slapping good time reading some of their back and forth cat-and-mouse chases to top one another. Adrienne is a successful event planner who was burned by her ex-boyfriend that kissed her best friend Emily. She has been on quite a dry spell and has decided to let the tall, blue-eyed "God-like creature" to somewhat coerce her on a wild ride after holding her phone hostage. She has an incredible night with him, but doesn't let her mind trick her into believing it was anything more than the best explosive sex of her life. She has seen him around at other events and clubs with several different women, so she is on to his player ways and has stubbornly decided she wants absolutely nothing to do with it. "Player" may just be an hugely understated label when it comes to this particular man...oh my, she has no idea what's coming.

Jace has had a rough upbringing and wanted to change his life for the better. He fell into the escort business and became very wealthy and successful at it. He thought he was living a happy fulfilled life until he met Adrienne. He finally wanted to be in a real relationship with someone, but knew he could never do it while still being an escort. He was working with two of his fellow escort friends on opening a club and took that as the perfect opportunity to leave his former escort life behind. Now free from his past entanglements, he had to find a way to tell Adrienne about his past profession and hope that she will stick around afterwards. He keeps putting it off in order to show her his real self in hopes that she will feel their connection. How long can he continue to put it off before it becomes to late? Can he make sure to tell her first before someone else beats him to the punch and ruins everything he had his sights set on? When she finally finds out, will she be able to forgive him?

Swooning up a storm over here for goodness sakes. You know from being able to read from both perspectives, how he messed up big time with his approach at unloading his escort baggage. That being said, you can't help but fall for him and root for him like a crazed fan. He is such a lovely combination of sexy alpha male and swoony heart melting goodness. The way he delivers their "first date" had me drowning in an abundance of long drawn out signs and goggly eyes that would annoy even the most patient of people. I adored their connection and the story line was captivating at the same time. I truly appreciate it when an author delivers great secondary characters in their story. Especially when the secondary characters have their story told in the next book in the series. Mrs. Lucero does a fantastic job of incorporating Troy and Emily's relationship in there without taking away from Jace and Adrienne's story. This provides a great foundation for you to connect with these characters for the next book. I also thoroughly enjoyed Adrienne and Emily's friendship. They were a hoot and showed each other great patience and support with each other's love problems.

I would definitely recommend this steamy read to my fellow readers. The epilogue was a great yet frustrating *pounding fists in the air* tease for Troy and Emily's story. I anxiously await the next installment in this series. Superb job Isabel Lucero.

This was a rather naughty, raunchy, funny and just all around entertaining quick read!
The story is about Jace and Adrienne... but also includes Jace's buddies and fellow sexy as hell escorts Troy, Nico, Marc and Kade, as well as Adrienne's bff Emilie.
Lots of laugh out loud moments with this group!!
"She likes to have food and stuff smeared on her, then eaten off."

I was lucky enough to be chosen by Isabel Lucero to receive an ARC of “Living in Sin”. It was awesome, if you love steamy romances but want something a little different in the story line, this book is a must have! The first chapter of the book is probably one of the hottest, steamiest things I have read… and I think I fell in love… Jace Jamison is a man who gets what he wants, when he wants, how he wants and the women who want him… pay him, because he is a male escort in Sin City (Las Vegas).
Jace sees a beautiful woman as he is leaving one of his “jobs” who catches his eye. Adrienne is a beautiful event planner (old before her years) that sees Jace at a couple of her events with different women, she thinks he is a GLC (God-like creature) but has come to the conclusion that he is a player. When she and her best friend Emilie (who is hilarious and outgoing) run into SB (sexy beast) Jace, Adrienne tries to steer clear, but Jace has other ideas… As the story goes on, you also get to meet the “guys”, Jace’s four friends, who are also escorts that are fun, witty, and have steamy, sexy stories as well.

I really don't know what to say here except that I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS BOOK. I couldn't put it down. I read it so fast, I feel like I need to read it again at a slower pace so I can really enjoy every detail. And, Im going to do just that.
The first chapter blew me away, I've read so many hot sex scenes before but THIS scorching scene is so beyond all the rest and it never let up. I felt for the characters in the book, their histories and their connections.
And, the epi, OMG!! Don't even get me started, I need that second book now, today, right this second!!
Don't pass this book up! Download it, find a comfy spot to read, and get to it.

**4.5 stars ~ HOLY HOTNESS!!!! I went into reading this book with minimal expectations...figured it would be a fun, light, smutty read for the evening. Aside from the 1st chapter, which was quite an eye-full, it was a delightful story. Not your typical male escort falls in love and leaves the biz for the girl, this was so much more. Jace and Adrienne have great banter, their chemistry is through the roof, and the story is really, really well written. I cannot wait for book 2 in the series... Troy and Emilie's story.

I didn't like the first chapter. His attitude, the sex (3 women, 1 man) so descriptive it looked mechanical more than steamy hotness - it did nothing to me.
Then the meeting with friends - I didn't like them, their conversation was vulgar... I never thought I'd write that word in a review of a book that I put on my shelf for its intended steaminess and dirty talk !
I wanted to have a book quickie in the train, but the book just fell off my hands and I wasn't tempted to pick it up after reading that it might have gotten better afterwards.
So here's my opinion, do whatever you want with it :)
