A very well written book on the primary and secondary adaptogens, their main medicinal properties, and how to properly use/supplement them within your daily regimen.

Great resource that has me excited about including adaptogenic plants and supplements to my lifestyle. The one thing I wish the list of adaptogens included was the region of origin for each plant because I’m curious about locally sourced plants and the feasibility of growing my own at home.
