A fabulous novella to this amazing and sweet series!
I loved it how it was written through the perspectives of all the girls in the group I absolutely loved how it showed what everyone thoughts were during this time of year, the decorating and the baking, that magic they feel, the whole idea of family and togetherness is really important and I believe this book really portrays that
It was fabulous, really sweet, funny, and so heartwarming as well ❤ Can't wait to read to more!
Received a copy from the author herself, for an honest review, thank you!
#AllIWantForChristmas was a pretty short read. In it, you are still meeting the same girls from the previous books but there's a little hint of a new possible romance? No idea if it will actually become a thing or not but I'm intrigued enough.
The girls are all excited to spend the holidays with their boyfriends.. not their families.. just the boys. Ah, young puppy love. Well, things don't always go has planned do they? This book has some drama in it.. but honestly it was a bit predictable. They all get to see each other. They all help a family in need. There's even a kiss under the mistletoe (which is where I think we meet the next potential relationship? I have no idea if there's going to be another book or not).
Ive read " all i want for christmas " it was sooo short and okay for holiday season ,, but i wonder why i dnt know " lana " story ,, i gave it 3 out of 5 stars
***••• Not that many spoilers; but I mentioned some***
I already knew that Jessie was going to end up coming..... also exciting that Wes and Reyna kissed I so can't wait for book 5 with Rey story...... not only that I like how Harper made Melissa and her family Christmas exciting; it’s good that she helped a family in need. When you do good; good things happen for you.....
Rey nodded. “I like rewatching all the Christmas movies. Plus Harry Potter. It’s not Christmas without a Harry Potter marathon,” she said matter of factly.
In no time, I was lost in the creation of something new-inspired by my forbidden crush.
I lay across my reading chair with Goblet of Fire in my lap. Just when I was reading about the Weasley twins trying to trick the age line Dumbledore had drawn around the goblet of fire, I caught a glance of movement outside my window.
Christmas in July. I wish that Ian was able to show up for Tori’s Christmas party for Lena. I can’t wait to read Rey’s story. I feel like I can relate to her. So far, I relate to Harper and Rey. This was a fun, sweet, and festive short book. 4.5 stars.
This was a short but great read. I love Christmas books with happy endings. Each chapter features one of the BFF's POV, which I really liked. It was a bit predictable, but so sweet. They each found out the true meaning of Christmas and got to spend the holidays with their friends, families, and loves. There is a hint to the next book...a kiss under the mistletoe?!?
Oh how i loved this book and this series all 5 friends have very different plans for Christmas they all either love or hate that time of year, tori forgets what's important as she's obsessed with organizing the best christmas eve party, ella is moping around missing jessie who may not be home in time to see her before she goes away on Christmas day. Ray is writing in her journal and wishing she had a boyfriend but not any boyfriend her brothers best friend. Lena is Scrooge she hates this time of year as being from a spanish family this time of year means lots of cooking, cleaning and spending time with her massive family, harper is worrying about her neighbors who she has found out are not having Christmas as the dad has no work, so she sets out to help them, she asks her bbfs who of course help her, will they manage to save Christmas for this family and will they all enjoy Tori's party,
A must read short christmas story you will not be disappointed,
#AllIWantForChristmas is a novella from Yesenia Vargas’s YA contemporary romance series, #BestFriendsForever. I have not read any of the books yet, but didn’t have too much trouble following the different POVs .
It’s a nice holiday story featuring all the girls – Ella, Harper, Lena, Rey, and Tori – from the series. I liked that the conflicts are unique to each girl. The true meaning of Christmas and remembering what’s important is emphasized by those conflicts.
#AllIWantForChristmas is a light, sweet story that will put you in the Christmas spirit. There isn’t really any character growth but it’s still a likable novella.
By themselves, each scene was cute and satisfying. But as a whole, I felt like this was way too short to support five different points of view and it seemed more like a series of events than an actual story. But I was glad to read it. I'm especially glad that the notes at the end mentioned Rey's story coming because for a moment, I thought the little bit in here was all she was getting.
I really enjoyed this book - it was short and sweet and enough to make me feel really festive! I've never read the other books in this series, but I think now l will! I loved each of the five friends so much and their different stories were written really well - I thought I would lose track of who's perspective it was but I didn't, which was great! Definitely recommend if you want a quick festive read!
#AllIWantForChristmas (#BestFriendsForever #4.5) was a great read by Yesenia Vargas. Five best friends have five different Christmas wishes. Their perfect Christmas is looking more and more impossible. Ella's boyfriend is caught in a snowstorm, Lena is over the holidays, Harper's a hundred dollars short of making ends meet for a family in need, Rey's forever alone, and Tori's wrapped up in her party instead of her boyfriend. I enjoyed reading this book and can't wait to read more by the author.
All I want for Christmas is a little novella of the BFFs during the lead up to Christmas. There are chapters from each one describing their traditions and plans for the holidays, We even get Rey’s P.O.V. which shows us a sneak peek at who her Hero is!! It was a short fun read giving us a bonus look into the BFFs and their boyfriends 💕😍
I was excited to see there was another story added to the already great collection. I loved how it shared all of the different perspectives of all of the characters. I am looking forward to Rays story.
Loved this short holiday story about all 5 friends and whats going on with them. I especially loved getting a peek of Rey before we get hers. I loved how they all realized what the true meaning of the holiday meant and how they went out of their way to help out a family in need.
This was the only book of the series I didn't particularly care for at all. I'm not a fan of Christmas books in the middle of a series, I had a hard time remembering who was who for some reason, the "voices" in the book all sounded the same.
I kind of wish I would have read this at Christmas but it was good to now to remind me before Christmas gets here. I loved the sweet miracle for the family. I love the set up for the last book. I hope.
This was definitely a book a read this year. Not sure the point of it. Also, I really don’t care about teens and their love interests seeing how they still have growing and discovery to do and most of them will grow apart from their first love.
sweet little holiday novella featuring all five of the bffs. i enjoyed it though i clearly like some of them more than others after getting to read from all of their perspectives.
A very fun, quick holiday read. I loved getting all five girls' pov in one book and how they all came together to help a be family in need-great message.
