Change your thinking with this book

I’ve always liked Richard Bandler and his way of thinking. This book is structured in such a way as to have purposeful (and useful) thinking in important areas so that we have have better lives.

Think about areas of disappointment that you can remove its impact before it happens. Think about motivation and how we can spur ourselves to get back on track and feel more and more motivated as we get to the finish line. The trick - how to get ourselves to think on purpose, which is exactly the point of this book.

Solid book

This is a very practical book on NLP. I found it hard to access some of the bonus worksheets and videos. But they weren’t too necessary anyway.

The book has awkward writing structures at times. I noticed some grammatical errors.

But in terms of the main purpose of the book, namely to help us improve our ability to think and be happy, it was absolutely, 100% an excellent book.

bloody brilliant book -0 both as a therapist wanting to update approaches and for someone who needs direction to stop self sabotage and like themselves more. I can't recommend it highly enough - also added content via online links .

A good step-by-step introduction to how to view the inside of your head differently, and more productively. I've recently started reading NLP sources again and it really helps to find new ways of looking at/thinking about things.
