What if changing for the better was really possible?
What if there was a plan that told you exactly how to get there?
What if to secret to getting smarter was learning to think differently?
Thinking on Purpose is an indispensable guide to anyone who wants to make changes in their life. Most people don’t really ‘think’. They ‘remember’. That’s why they are often destined to repeat the same negative patterns over and over again. Dr Richard Bandler, the genius behind NLP who has changed the lives of millions of people through his life’s work, teams up with Owen Fitzpatrick and Dr. Glenda Bradstock to offer you a 15 day, step by step guide to thinking smarter, better and on purpose so you can build a much brighter future.
I’ve always liked Richard Bandler and his way of thinking. This book is structured in such a way as to have purposeful (and useful) thinking in important areas so that we have have better lives.
Think about areas of disappointment that you can remove its impact before it happens. Think about motivation and how we can spur ourselves to get back on track and feel more and more motivated as we get to the finish line. The trick - how to get ourselves to think on purpose, which is exactly the point of this book.
bloody brilliant book -0 both as a therapist wanting to update approaches and for someone who needs direction to stop self sabotage and like themselves more. I can't recommend it highly enough - also added content via online links .
A good step-by-step introduction to how to view the inside of your head differently, and more productively. I've recently started reading NLP sources again and it really helps to find new ways of looking at/thinking about things.
