After making the decision to take a chance on love with sexy NFL player Michael Carson, Dr. Zoe Broussard is more than thrilled to be the lady on his arm. She has always been independent with self-confidence but soon discovers that the lifestyle of a superstar athlete may be more than she bargained for.
Michael is determined to prove to the beautiful and headstrong Zoe that he is worth the risk and loves only her. As his world becomes hers and obstacles are thrown in their path, he begins to doubt if he is truly the man she deserves. Now that they’re officially a couple, can Zoe adjust to losing her career as she has known it? Will their love survive, especially when a person from Michael’s past resurfaces and tensions strain their relationship?
I want my readers to escape their realities and embark on a journey of self-exploration and love when they delve into my books. I have loved reading fiction, thrillers, and romance for years. Although my original (and still) writing interest was YA and self-help books, I received a surprise text one Valentine's Day, and wrote the very first chapter of a romance novel that day. And I became forever inspired to write contemporary and new adult romance - with a twist.

Zoe and her insecurities were on full blast in this book. She chose Michael over her career and I don't think she understood how much of a toll that took on her. Not having that foundation of self, made her feel like she wasn't worthy, like she wasn't enough for Michael even though that wasn't what he was projecting. I was literally scared that she was pushing him towards Jamila because how many times can you push a man away before they move on. Although she was a psychologist I felt like they needed to be seeing one badly. She was on eggshells with communicating with him, because she didn't want to interfere with his ability to focus on football. It was to their detriment though. Michael seemed to be head over heels in love with Zoe, but his actions were sometimes questionable. He could be cold and nonchalant when he wanted and he just didn't realize how insecure Zoe really was. The littlest things seemed to make her question their foundation. His connection to Jamila seemed to be the nail in the coffin. I felt her deeply, but she needed to communicate vs. running and shutting down. Where they struggled to get on the same page mentally, physically it was like fireworks. Their bodies were in tune and never mind if they were in public. It was seriously sexy, but I wanted more for them. I was overjoyed when the finally realized they were meant to be together. It felt like so much time had been wasted, but that is life sometimes. Excellent read.
Without reading book 3, I already have a feeling that this will be the most emotional, angst-filled, heart wrenching book in this series! A lot of ground was covered, but for every step forward that Zoe and Michael took, somehow they always seemed to take two steps back! Get it together and make up your mind you two! Tiye, this series may have topped Essence as the most frustrating read by you to date. But you sure know how to play with my emotions in these three book series! And I wouldn't have it any other way, because I've now come to expect it!
Zoe and Michael had me in my feelings with this book. It was so emotional. So glad they found their way back to one another. With his popularity as a quarterback, the drama will come at their relationship again. I’m looking forward to reading the last book. Kudos to Tiye Love on another great book.
The Endgame Trilogy is a 5 book series so I don't know why its a trilogy. Game Time is really Book 2 of the Endgame Trilogy. If you count the Prequel, One Night Pass, it would be Book 3. However, that book only introduced Michael Carson, then the gorgeous, famous millionaire quarterback in Minnesota, before coming to Louisiana and meeting Dr. Zoe Broussard.
I think this book was more erotic than the others, still it was full of all the emotions Michael and Zoe experienced while discovering that love was always enough. As arrogant as Michael was, he was full of the same "Am I Enough" as Zoe. Zoe, always knowing who she was, didn't know if she and Michael would make it. She loved him so much, she wanted his happiness even if it was with someone else.
No matter what jealousy, anger, doubt or other negative emotions they felt, nothing interfered with strong sexual attraction to each other. Nothing stopped them from giving in to that attraction anywhere, anyplace or anytime. It was absolutely unbelievably erotic, but never pornographic. At times it was just too much!
Even though this is a series, they are stand-alone and can be read as such even the Prequel. However, why stop. You just want to keep reading as I did - all night long.
WHAT⁉️, you’ve got to be freaking kidding me! I’m exhausted🤦🏾♀️🤬! …This series has drained the life out of me! “Game Time (The Endgame Trilogy - Book 3) was a good read but frustrating! Nothing about Michael surprises me! 🤬😡😤!…he’s a womanizer, narcissist, selfish, arrogant, liar, juvenile, insecure, disrespectful & manipulative‼️ More so, Zoe why do you constantly make concessions & excuses? The more a read, the more I loath Michael Carson! He’s a boy trapped in a man’s body with a ginormous ego! Why doesn’t Zoe see Michael for who he is & not who she wants him to be‼️ He repeatedly demonstrates his true character & identity. Believe him 🤬, he’s a master manipulator‼️…”I caught you cheating on me and you went to the Board on me and I still love you... I lost everything and I still love you.”…and yet Zoe, you continue to allow Michael to humiliate you and expect him to change. This storyline is absolutely insanity …and sadistic 😮‼️
I love the love that Michael and Zoe have for one another and I hate that Michael allowed Jamila to come in between them. Ty was a much needed friend to Zoe as she was to him. I hate that Kwame and Paula's marriage is going through what they're going through because of his actions. Glad that Shantel found love in Carl. I love how close Lydia is with Zora and Zoe and how they function as a family unit. It was good when Zoe and Max developed a friendship and later Bunny too. Glad that Xavier stepped his game up but Zoe realized that he's still not the man for her. Ezekiel was a punk for his actions and got what he deserved. I'm glad that things got on track for Michael and Zoe.
Wow. And the game continues. The writer keeps the reader in their feels. Loving this story, a lot happens and characters continue to thrive. Can't say it again, so happy this author shared her book in the Romance In Her Prime group. I'm not sure I would have found it otherwise. Happy that Zoe took the chance. Hard for her to believe that someone who could have anyone, would be interested in her. Zoe's a freaking catch and Michael knows this. These two just have to keep on ticking. And I'm going to keeping on ticking with them to the third book.
The ups and downs of relationships, the doubts, insecurities, confidence, love and trust; the list can go on forever in regards what we believe about relationships. This book touched on all of it and how a woman is suppose to easily forgive but a man is quick to walk away and not forgive. Michael realized that his love for Zoe was so great that he was willing to do anything for her to keep her and so did Zoe. Paula thought she had a love that would be forever but as we learned not all love is forever. Great book!
I really felt like I was on a rollercoaster ride in this book! Jamila the high school girlfriend shows up, Zavier wants to try again, Zoe and Michael are having issues! It was just too much! I thought for sure at one point in the story that they were done! I loved Ty and really felt like he wanted Zoe and Michael to make it! The injury could have been career ending but thanks to Jamila it wasn't! I can only imagine what will happen next! Great series Tiye!
Read the first book and loved it! But after I read the description for this book I avoided my kindle app for like 3 days because I just didn’t want to see the BS that would come their way lol
Although he’s a celebrity and she’s just a “regular girl” their struggles, love and overall story are relatable and that’s what I love the most. Definitely adding Tiye Love to my mental “Authors With Substance” list !!
I think I found my new favorite author. I was hooked just from the sample on Amazon. I'm not even sure how I stumbled upon the book. She eliminates some of the unnecessary drama that some other romance novels have. I love how she takes the fantasy story and puts such realistic elements into it. I wish she had more books. I'm very excited to read the conclusion and I can't wait to see what she writes next.
I am hooked! I laughed, cried, got angry, you name it reading the continuation of Zoe and Michael's love journey. She took a risk for Michael, and I felt like I was on a roller coaster. There were so many ups and downs in their relationship. A blast from the past doesn't help.
There were times when both of them got on my nerves, but I am Team Michael. Looking forward to reading the next book.
This was a great continuation from Book 1. This book consisted of Michael and Zoe learning to trust each other during their relationship. There were a lot of twist and turns and must understandings regarding ex's. It also involved a lot of interacting with their mothers and friends.
My goodness, I thought the first book was good but the second book is even better. Usually I want the characters to change in the second book so I was a little disappointed when I read the book was about Michael and Zoe again. I have been entertained the whole time and could not put it down. Very well written.
This was a roller coaster of emotions and events. I’m so happy things turned out the way they did. She was be stubborn sometimes I wanted to put her in timeout myself. I think TY needs a story or a little segment in a book. He is the best friend we all want and need. Ready for the next book
Back with Michael and Zoe being together now. Will their relationship be all they hope? They were both dealing with issues in their relationship. Learning how to negotiate through. It's not easy but will it be worth it? I enjoyed certain things about them but some things got to me. But overall I like these two and most of their friends. Story worth reading.
The second part of this story was fantastic! I couldn’t put it down. Michael and Zoe are a powerhouse couple. There love is so real and you can just feel it as you read the book I can’t wait for March 8 to see how this story ends
The second part of the story was uniquely amazing. Michael and Zoe had a tough time getting back to the basics in order to move forward. The sports theme and the romance fit nicely in the story. I'm ready for part 3.
The story of Michael and Zoe this book is so well written the characters are great. What a nice book to read Zoe she gets on my nerves sometimes but this is a great book really is.
I was fan of her work when she was on Wattpad and reading this now felt like when I first read the book. The ending is everything. The chemistry between Zoe & Michael is everything! Definitely one of my favorite couples.
There was so much going on in book #2. It was apparent how much relationships are built on truth and honesty. Love makes you do some crazy stuff. I am definitely ready for book
This one was something else. It had me back and forth, wondering if Michael and Zoe would actually end up together. I’m glad they did because they make a great couple and this a great series.
Despite the never ending drama, I love me some Michael and Zoe! I didn’t want to like Bunny but she even grew on me. Can’t wait to see how the story will end.
I must say part 2 was way better than one. Zoe got on my nerves so bad. Michael loved her so much. I don't see why there is a part 3 that ended on a good note.
