It is so important to recognize the relationships between childhood abuse, especially pre-verbal time period physical, emotional and CSA, and continuing or ongoing Domestic Violence experienced in early and teen years. CBT and exposure therapy, in my experience, have limited use there. But every bit of study helps.

Too much focus on exposure therapy--which we don't use with DV clients.
