Dating again wasn’t as bad as I thought it’d be.
With a man like Rashad, life was much simpler. Mornings were brighter. My evenings flowed smoothly and my nights were so peaceful. The worries I had were immediately put to ease with him. After our past heartbreaks, we both learned to not soak in our sorrows, but take the losses we endured and grow from them…together.
But, when something grows, it means a seed has to be planted first. Something so small that could ultimately blossom into the most beautiful of creations. That’s what I wanted our love to resemble, but of course, the universe had a way of causing a storm right before the sun shined.
I was willing to work through it all, but was Rashad? He too had his flaws, and not just his feelings to worry about. Sealing shattered hearts and mastering love again wasn’t a walk in the park that’s for sure. But, I had been willing to take this risk and only time would tell if it was worth it or not.

What a great way to end Raven and Rashad's love story. I just loved them as a couple. They didn't let their issues from their past relationships get in the way of what they were trying to build together. Raven and Rashad definitely deserved a HEA. I know the next book is going to be about Arie but, is Kaleese going to get a story? I feel like all the girls need an individual story. Fingers crossed!

Wow, what can I say?
Brix McQueen came through again and wowed us with her storyline. Rashad and Raven needed each other to mend their hearts and they each complied. Rashad was the man that knew how to treat a woman and he held nothing back from Raven. I loved these two together. Great job Brix. I can’t wait to read more from her.

No more heart breaks
Rashad swooped Raven up and has no intention of letting her go! I'm glad they both know that communication will keep their relationship strong and growing! No more heartbreaks for these two! Now if Sade pregnant I really want to know whose baby it is, for the record I'm team Jerik!

Hearts definitely break
The story told readers and showed us well that hearts break. Raven had hers broken through unfathomable means. What happened will have you heated; this is a fair warning. Rashad had a similar fate, which damaged his inner peace. When they met, I hoped the two would find a comfort zone. You will like the outcome, I am sure.

The follow up to Rashad and Raven’s love story throws a couple curve balls in their court as they attempted to find the true healing and solace the other sought in each other. Delayed doesn’t mean denied with this couple, they continue to push through their past issues and confront them to find and maintain their way through the delicacy of love.

Rashad had me believing that I just gotta find the right fictional man. Raven was a handful but they fit perfect together. The ex is lucky that he only got slightly dragged! I even enjoyed the length of this book.
