The Journey Through My Heart Part II by Sara Sheehan is beautifully written coming of age story that covers many issues such as self-doubt, real love, broken / toxic relationship and most important self-love, Sara shows us how love can be both beautiful and heartbreaking, she shows us how one decision can change our entire life forever, and quite possibly change the lives of those around us by loving ourselves first and don't be afraid to love again no matter how broken you are in the past. Her book makes my heart beats fast and kind of stings by every word she writes speak for truthfulness, like I was reading my own story beginning to end. This was definitely deeper than I ever could have imagined. This book is highly recommended for people who's broken and finding peace and self-love to itself. 💓 love lots

Although it took me longer to read than anticipated because of my work schedule, as I took my time to really read this book it spoke to me beyond any other books or even poetry at that. I’ve struggled with self-love all my life, I lacked confidence in all aspects and the pages on this book helped me to see my value as a person and not to ever allow anyone to make me question my self worth. When I came across this book I was also just getting out of a bad relationship and every single page of this book spoke volumes into what was going on in my life. This authors work is very raw, refreshing, and engaging. The majority of her words have enabled me to move past tough times and love myself as I am and not only that but to not settle for any less. It was all very much relatable and I cannot wait to read more of her work.

Upon reading this book, it lead me to the depths of my soul making me want to look back at the moments which mold me into who I am today and think about what I did to surpass those, to learn and grow.
Ms. Sara Sheehan's work is a must read. Here, I could relate and at the same time learn from her experiences as well which in return, I also share to family and friends.

In searching for pieces of you in your lifetime, it's not going to be easy but everything is worthwhile.

The Journey Through My Heart...Incredible. I actually just experienced a break up recently and it helped me so much, realizing that letting go is not a bad thing and how loving yourself is the most important priority. It was written beautifully and I was able to relate to a lot of the excerpts. Once I began to start to read it, I literally couldn’t put it down until I was done with it. It has inspired me so much and helped me heal a bit more. Thank you so much. I began reading around 7pm and finished it at 8pm.

wow. If you want a book that is going to hit you right in your soul--this is it. Sara's words aren't just a bunch of words thrown together...these are real life memories..real life moments. And oh, so relatable. I needed this book. The first 3 pages I knew this book was going to be the one I was going to continue to come back to. It is beyond inspiring and I'm so looking forward to more of Sara's work. Seriously, take the time to read this book. It's raw, it's real, and her words come straight from her soul. “The Journey Through My Heart: Part II” is a beautiful exploration of finding one’s self among heartache, loss, and self-doubts. Each page is an intimate view into Sara’s journey and her growth flows throughout. As someone who made the difficult decision to leave a long but, unfortunately, toxic friendship behind, I found Sara’s words comforting and inspiring. I truly believe that others, no matter age or gender, will find this as well in her work.

I had the honor of finding Sara and her poetry on Instagram because I’m a poetry fanatic and always look for new writers through social media. While reading Sara’s book The Journey Through My Heart part II was music to my soul. I connected with so many of her poems in this book I felt as if she wrote this for me!
