I am new to this author but I can honestly say that I am loving her work and even though I am reviewing an ARC copy of this book voluntarily I will also buy a copy too.
This is the third book in the sexy tycoon series. Ian is one of Agatha’s brothers best friends and she has followed him around since she was a little girl only being a few years younger he became her first crush, but knowing he didn’t feel the same she has tried to bury her feelings with bravado, but after a shared kiss she knows that they can’t go back to being just friends. But things become more complicated when it appears Agatha has a stalker and her life is in danger will she get the chance to tell Ian how she really feels before it’s too late and will he finally accept that there is more than friendship between them?
Ian has always tried to keep his feelings for Agatha to friendship but after they share a kiss one night he knows he is fighting a losing battle but scared of losing his friends and destroying what he has he runs from the situation. Knowing he has hurt Agatha is killing him but how can things go back to the way they were and will she ever forgive him for shutting her out? Will she let him prove his love for her and will he be able to keep her safe from the danger just around the corner?
Each one of these books have me gripped from the start to finish and I will be sad when this series ends but I cannot wait for Zayn’s book.

Another fantastic book by this Author
ARC was given to me by Author through Booksprout. I am giving my review voluntarily.
Off-Limits Best Friend by Emelia Blair this is part of her Sexy Tycoon series.
I gave this book 5 stars because it was another knock out story from Emelia Blair .
Sizzling hot sex, emotional, angst misunderstandings, twisting surprises, danger mystery suspense, loving characters, funny bantering as heck with Ian and Agatha, strong and determined heroine, stubborn alphas....and a HEA in the end; is all the things we've come to expect from this author, and she didn't disappoint once again. I love her books so much.

An amazing well written best friends to lovers romance thrilling read. This engaging storyline had me on the edge of my seat with drama, humor, scary secret admirer, emotional turnoil, tension, mistakes, and unexpected twists. The characters were captivating, interrsting, and full of sizzling chemistry. An engaging read with a surpise twist ending that definetly must be read.

This was an enjoyable read. In this one we have Ian and Agatha. They have known each other for a long time. Ian really likes her but is having a hard time at first accepting it. Once it comes out that Agatha has a stalker he finally is able to get a grip on things. Thankfully in the end it all works out for everyone.

This is a well-written romance by Emelia Blair, prompting me to purchase the preceding two books completing the series; which is how I prefer to read. Each one of these books had me captivated, from the start to finish and I was sad, when this series ended. I loved the twists and turns in this book and the humor in it, as well!!! Will be going back into my TBR pile (which keeps growing). I recommend anyone who loves best friend to lovers to read this book!!!

This was great – Ian and Agatha’s story. These two are hilarious. Two people whom have known each other for a long time, but one doesn’t want to cross the line in case things don’t work out. Agatha’s brother’s BFF is Ian and even though they have been this clan that hangs out and understands each other, she has always felt Ian deep down but was also afraid of rejection due to his friendship with her brother. Ian and her finally decide to give it a go after a bad start, but there is a stalker to this story that is after Agatha and she is freaking out. I would have never suspected the stalker, but it has a good ending. I thought the ending was going to be extended just a bit to close the loop on their relationship, but it doesn’t I hope they do it in Zayn’s story as his is going to be too funny. Zayn is part of the clan, but he doesn’t walk on eggshells around Agatha like everyone else and they are always bickering to each other.

Ian is struggling with his friendship because he is attracted to Agatha. Agatha is attracted to Ian but she doesn't want to ruin their friendship. When Ian ends up kissing her one night and ends up leaving afterwards she thinks he was playing with her. Ian is confused and knows that he made a mistake but needs some time to recover from it. However when Agatha needs him he shuts her down before she can even say a word and she thinks he wants nothing to do with her. So she tries to deal with the threat to herself all alone. Until one of Ian's brother calls and knows something is wrong. Will Ian find his way back to Agatha and fix his mistake? Will Agatha give him a chance at her heart?
This story will have you on the edge of your seat trying to find out who is after Agatha. The chemistry between them is blazing hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

Agatha and Ian. Longtime friends with unspoken feelings. Add to that the complication that Agatha is the younger sister of a close friend. Then, toss in a mystery which surrounds Agatha, leaving you sitting on the edge of your seat, turning pages. This book made me forget the need for sleep because I could not, would not put it down until I reached the very last page, shaking my head at the twist that I never saw coming. Ms. Blair has done an outstanding job, again, of character development and fantastic story line. I look forward to reading much more from her as she is becoming a favorite author.

An amazing fast pace read!! It is beautifully written with a well-developed consistent engaging plot that will grip you from beginning to end. It is an on the edge of your seat read with an intriguing storyline, lots of twists and turns, humour, witty banter, danger, and suspense. The main characters are likeable, strong, and sweet; the chemistry between them is intense and potent. The side characters add so much substance, fun, and depth to the story, I am so glad I decided to read it. It is a very exciting and enthralling read and comes highly recommended. Off Limits Best Friend is the first book by Emelia Blair that I have read and it will not be the last. All I can say is Wow! Read this book, it's wonderful! The storyline was engaging and kept my interest as well as the humor, the drama, the twists, the mistakes and the emotional turmoil created tension for the couple. Ian and Agatha are both strong characters and that made for a well balanced couple. The attraction between the couple simmered along nice as they engaged in a chemistry that was steamy and hot. I Love how everything worked out, now one of my favorite book.

I really enjoyed this book by Emelia Blair. Ian and Agatha are part of a group of friends that have known each other for years. However, they have always had a special bond. Ian begins having deeper feelings when he learns she has a date. The thought of her with other men makes him very upset. After sharing a very passionate kiss, Ian has second thoughts and runs. He is scared of ruining their friendship. But when he learns she has a stalker he is determined to protect her at all costs. As the stalker escalates but so does their feelings for each other. Will Ian be able to protect the one person he realized he cannot live without? Awesome read!!!

This is the story of Agatha and Ian. Also the 3rd installment in the series but can be read as a stand-alone. The book is so well written and the characters very well - developed that if you have not read the first 2 books, you definately want to go and read them. I loved the humour,the twists and turns. It made for a page turner and quick read. Ms Blair takes you on an amazing journey with Agatha and Ian and the rest of the group just adds to the story. Definitely recommended.

Such a good book!!
I have enjoyed this series of stories a lot. Love the way they all get along, enjoyed laughing in several spots. This book was also exciting and intriguing. I thought I figured out who the bad guy was but I was wrong twice! I can't believe it. Didn't figure it out until almost at the end, good job. Can't wait to see if there are more books available. Thank you.

This book is a great love story and mystery. There is great chemistry between the various characters in the story and a stalking mystery to keep the interest. The stalker reveal was a surprise at the end of the story. It was an enjoyable story. I received this book as an ARC and I voluntarily review this book.

What a read
I have to say that these type of books are just my cup of tea, the two main characters have a history but can't bring themselves to tell their feelings about each other and only when one is really in trouble is it clear how they really feel. If you like a good story and sweet romance then this is the book for you

This book was great from beginning to end Ian and Agatha the cutest power couple I loved the twists and turns in this book I also loved the fact that it also had humor in it as well !!!!! I got the boxset some time back but could no longer find it on Amazon or Goodreads to review so copying my review gor each book individually. Each story is a standalone but interconnected through their long standing friendship, growing up together and standing by each other through tough times.
The Wrong Groom is Philip and Charlotte's story which had an element of a second chance romance.
Unexpected Protector is Fergus and Sarah's story which is a sweet and steamy opposites attract romance.
Off Limits Best Friend is Ian and Agatha's story and as the title implies, it's a friends to lovers romance but also a brother's best friend since Ian is Philip's friend first before he and Agatha became close friends.
Unforeseen Daddy is Zayn and Eve's story and again as the title implies, they have a child which he doesn't know about. But their history started as employer-employee, and now a second chance romance with a lot of angst and misunderstanding to get through. It's also in this story that we learn about Zayn's father who is a complex character but very intriguing and I wouldn't mind reading about his story.
Each of the stories has an element of danger that the couples or more specifically the ladies face and the friends band together to solve and keep each other safe. The stories were fast paced and kept me engaged but there were a number of grammar mistakes and typos that were annoying and kept pulling me out of the stories. Would have given more stars if the errors were all fixed.

Agatha is a witch!
I love me a strong female lead & friends to lovers, but Agatha took being strong to annoying and b!t©πy! Between her unattractive attitude and treatment of those she supposed to love, made this just a 2star read. Ian was hot (love me a ginger) and his patience with Agatha's repeatedly pig headeness and doing stupid dangerous stuff putting not only herself but others around her in danger, he was a saint! All the secondary characters great but why they were so loyal to Agatha...mind blown! In the end good wins over evil and I totally did not guess who the stalker was! I love me a strong female lead & friends to lovers, but Agatha took being strong to annoying and b!t©πy! Between her unattractive attitude and treatment of those she supposed to love, made this just a 2star read. Ian was hot (love me a ginger) and his patience with Agatha's repeatedly pig headeness and doing stupid dangerous stuff putting not only herself but others around her in danger, he was a saint! All the secondary characters great but why they were so loyal to Agatha...mind blown! In the end good wins over evil and I totally did not guess who the stalker was! Interesting to read. As I was reading this book, I saw the dynamic between their friendship/relationship clearly. They clearly love and respect each other to stay away/keep close to each other . Stubborn and just crazy too.
There was so much to this story. I kind of feel bad for her but at the same time I dont. She pushed people away on purpose when she should have been completely honest about her suspicions as soon as she thought them. I understand why she chose to act a certain way about the situation. Good book.

Hiding their love

Ian and Agatha were very good friend and had feeling for each other for a long time, but as usual they kept it hidden from each other. It took misunderstandings and drama, to get them to acknowledge their feelings. I also enjoyed the way the author set the twists in the story which meant, I didn’t find out who the culprit was until the right time. Emelia did an amazing job telling Ian and Agatha’s story, whilst weaving in the lives of the other supporting characters.

Ian and Agatha were family friends and after some help from more of those family friends Ian was able finally realize what he was feeling for Agatha. They have their struggles due to fear of moving forward to more than friendship. There is also suspense what Agatha starts getting gifts from who she thought was an admirer, but she was getting scared when the gifts were getting more personal. Will have to read if want to find out if they were able to get their HEA.
