Weird laws!

Great collection of weird laws from throughout the USA and the rest of the world as well! There are 2 weird laws from my home state of Washington! Warning:It's a e-book on my end. I'm not sure if it's a physical book at to tell you the truth.

It was a fun read, but if Manik Joshi wants to be taken seriously as a writer--self-published or not--then he needs to invest more time in his edits. In his section on Switzerland, he refers to mountains as "mountings." There are frequent oversights like this, which smacks of laziness rather than unfortunate oversight. It would also have been nice for some context. I'd respect the research more if: a) there wasn't a disclaimer that states that he basically found the laws herein online and has not verified whether or not they actually exist, and b) if he had provided dates that the strange legislation became law and whether or not they were still active. Well worth $.99 for the Kindle edition, but $7.99 for a paperback copy of this lack of research seems a bit steep.

Ok book

Good book but it didn't really explain laws. Would have been better with citations. But other than that it was a good book.

Ridiculous

Interesting book covering many subjects good for a reading . Laughed at some of the ridiculous laws. Couldn't believe some of these laws.

Entertaining Read

This book was a refreshing read. Some of the laws are comical, others had me why such a law even existed.
