A great novella that has you immersed in the idea is holiday fling on the lovely Hawaiian Islands. As a reader you meet the lovely couple in the lobby of a resort and follow along while they flirt, go on excursions and get busy between the sheets.
From the rhythm and pace of the story to details in the scenery it is all great and works well for being a short book. You really get an idea for the chemistry between the two characters and get to enjoy those beautiful sunrise and sunsets.
My only sad part is the ending. It's doesn't have a HEA and I find that just disappointing for novella.

This is a fast read that tells us what happens after Holly quits Hotel Henderson and goes on vacation in Hawaii. This is a steamy read about Holly and Sean. It will leave you wanting May to be here now, just to see what happens. No, I didn’t like the ending, but I will be waiting for book three to be released because I have to know what happens. If you don’t like cliffhangers, this read isn’t for you. Please wait until the third book (Holmes) is published, so our questions will hopefully be answered. I can honestly say Cassidy is a better book than Henderson, in my opinion.
The story continues in Hawaii and Benjamin Henderson is left far behind when Holly jumps on the plane headed for the piece of paradise. What she doesn't expect is running into a man who is too perfect to be real.
Second book in series and it just gets better and better! It's fast paced with just right amount of everything in it. Holly's journey is never boring and she gets surprised a lot and just when reader thinks it's all over author manages to leave us speachelss again. Well done!
Rating: ★✬☆☆☆ (1.5/5 Stars) Title: Cassidy Author(s): Ebony Olson Character(s): ― Holly Claire: ― ― Sean Cassidy: ― Setting: ― Tag(s): Romance, Contemporary Content Rating: ― POV: First Person (Heroine) Smexy Level: ― Favorite Quote(s): N/A Overall Opinion: If you haven't already known, the introduction to any series can make or break a series alongside the lead characters that are supposed to sweep us off our feet and a decent plot that keeps us engaged long enough to fall in or out of love with the story, needless to say before even making it to the end of chapter one this was a goner. Perhaps it a combination of the format or the ARC and the author writing style, but from the get-go "Cassidy" didn't appeal to meet whatsoever. In all honesty, there was little to nothing I liked about this romance which ultimately led to me dropping the series. As much as I appreciate the grand gesture of the ARC, this book was not a good fit for me.
