If one has practised, this book will have meaning.

If one has not, this book may incite wonderment.

Aikido can only be learned by doing. Finding and following a Sensei is essential. Many dojos exist. Look for one. Visit. Inquire of their accredidation. Are they affiliated with Hombu Dojo (the international home of Aikido)? Practise.

Until one grabs an Aikidoka by the wrist, with intent, they haven't felt personal power.

There are many ways. Aikido is a good one.
