First of all this is one of my favorite authors since reading The untethered soul! Singer allows his fans a VIP experience and tour of his precious moments in his personal life. I amazed at his willingness to surrender to life’s challenges, but most of all the blessings that came from the surrender. Great read…

Transformational.

It took me long to read, 10 months, as I decided to only move to a new chapter after completing the proposed 1-week practices at the end of each one, and it was totally worth it: I'm closing 2023 with plenty of spiritual achievements, feeling fully on track, calm and conscious.

As the title promises: a balm for the soul.
