Viskas nuo A iki Z apie Keto mitybą. Daug informacijos. Visas sąrašas produktų ir gausybė puikių receptų iš jų. Sudaryti keli mitybos planai. Motyvacija nuo pat pirmų knygos puslapių. Aprašyta nemažai ligų ir pateikta, kaip gydytojo bei mitybos specialisto, konkrečios rekomendacijos.

🖋️ Kai sakau, kad ši dieta gelbsti tada, kai nepadeda niekas kitas, tą ir turiu galvoje.

An excellent book that has been a great help on my low-carb keto journey! It includes many useful tips, delicious recipes, and a cycling keto plan.
