For years, Rainier has had his own cyber security company, helping friends and clients who need to find just about any kind of information...or any person they may be looking for. As a computer nerd, he rarely leaves the house, having most things delivered just so he can stay as productive as possible. When an unexplained electrical fire takes him out of commission for several days, Rainier is forced to interact with the world again. That's when he realizes there is a lot more out there than he remembered.
I’ve read this author before. This is a mm contemporary story set in Vegas USA. Although book 8 in this series it can be read as a stand-alone. Main characters are Rainier and William both computer geeks. This is a GFY story. What a journey William takes! I’ll read more from this author.
* I was gifted an ARC copy of this book in exchange for an honest review *
This is 8th story in this series. It can be read as a standalone (but I don't think it would be a wise thing to do since it is necessary to know how the Vault works to be able to fully appreciate all stories).
This is a love story, but mostly there is lots and lots of sexy times. I really liked Rainier and I didn't hate William (which is surprising tbh). He is 24, devoted for his sister, but also immature, "innocent" and acts absolutely unforgivable. I liked the idea of virginity auctions and it really WAS super hot to read about Will's first time, but I found the whole situation a little bit unbelievable.
The story is very fast paced and it is a great book to just relax. I think it was the least dramatic story in the Vault series, but unfortunately it was also a book with my least favorite MCs :(
This story starts strong and doesn’t quit. Both the main characters are just so likable. Rainier shows nothing but a big heart throughout the story. William is very innocent and falls into something he can’t deal with. He has little if any experience yet he gets into a situation way over his head. Thank goodness Rainier is able to take charge. The issues with William’s sister and then his mom makes the story almost heartbreaking but the author sure knows how to steer through problems and smoothly handle them. The only part I feel is missing is the resolution with William’s mom and sister. Do they come to terms with the relationship? And how does Tanner handle Rainier stepping in? Now the problem I have is waiting for the next book.
👥 Hackers run amok in Las Vegas and The Vault fights back 😮 July 6, 2019 Format: Kindle Edition 👍🔥🔥🔥 4-4.5🌟stars Good plot and writing, likeable characters, sizzle and burn make this novella a spicy, enjoyable read. There's plenty of emotion to go along with the steam in their relationship. Rainier, the systems security pro who entices a young, naive hacker into changing allegiance, was my favorite in the couple. His altruism is really touching and protective. William's strict LDS upbringing and his fear of letting down his family makes for some inner conflict and angst as he begins to explore newly provoked desires. Together they make a great pair, both in work and play😊😉
I read a complimentary advance copy of the story; this is my voluntary and honest review.
Shock and Awe, Men of the Vault book eight by Aria Grace. I have been loving this series! I read 1 through 5. Some how I missed 6 & 7. I’ll have to catch up. Luckily these books stand alone just fine so I had no problem reading number eight next. I enjoyed this book just as much as the rest! This is Rainier’s & William’s story. Rainier handles the cyber security for the Vault and William was involved with a group at a cyber convention hacking into the Vault. Loved all the characters! The storyline was fantastic! My only complaint is it felt a little unfinished at the end with William’s mother and sister. This is another fantastic book in a fantastic series.
This is another great addition to the Men of the Vault series and I really enjoyed it. Rainier and William are my favorite characters so far in this series and they are perfect for each other. I love how Rainier will do anything to help William, even if he has to let him go. William is amazing and nothing is going to stop him from ensuring that his sister and their mom are taken care of. They have smoking hot chemistry and I like how sweet and caring Rainier is with William. The ending is great and I look forward to reading more books in this intriguing series.
I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book.
The wait for another story of the Men of the Vault is always worth it. I was so excited to see it on kindle that I couldn’t wait to start it and I had to read it all in one sitting. This one is different as it doesn’t revolve around the Vault but between nerdy William and sexy Rainier. I loved asexual William and his realization of feelings for Rainier. He is not curious about other men, just Rainier. This sexy sweet love story is both tender and raw. Not as raunchy as the others in this series but so worthy reading.
What would you do to help your sister in need of money for a life saving procedure? In Williams case he thinks he is just hacking into an unsuspecting network to win prize money. But when a bigger pot of gold is his for the taking can he sell his soul to get it? Or will he get so much more than he ever thought possible? With characters you cannot help but fall in love with and a storyline that was a joy to read this book is a perfect addition to the series. Cannot wait for more,,,
Another great book. It Relatable on so many different levels. With wanting someone thats not sure about there sexuality. So when you first discover what you like if its different from what people consider normal. Its a great page turner. I cant wait to read the next book.
Another excellent read i really loved this book just which it was longer. Though each book links together they are actually unique and the storyline are different
