The book is very helpful to understand Linked in which I use to hate, but I’m using what I read on this book and I’m actually getting results, and starting to understand the importance of this social network for my business.
This book is a sincere compendium of tactics that work to get leads on Linkedin. It is tactical more than strategical so you need to keep in mind that if your niche, value offer, and differentiators are not well defined, none of this will work.
Please update some links and tools. Meetleonard does not exist anymore. Other tips are quite obvious and simple to implement. Overall LinkedIn is a good social medium for business and professionals. This book is a start point.

LinkedIn is a social network site designed for the business community, and for many of us, a platform to post our CV. Maybe we just have a half-done profile, copy-paste form you CV? Or you don't bother as you are a freelancer or an entrepreneur?
I was part of the last group, I didn't bother, I was an entrepreneur and I didn't want to get bothered by recruiters asking me if I was still available.

Ex. The long description on your profile, I won't say what I am good at....
The result: I get daily new requests, I have hundreds of profile views compared to a few before.
