When Hope is Missing by S. F. Nightingale is a quick book to read and that's a good thing because once you start reading, you won't want to put it down until you finish!
The newborn child of Devin's friend is kidnapped from the hospital shortly after she is born. Can the baby be found? Can Devin find out who committed the kidnapping and return the baby, Hope, to her family?
This is a well written mystery with well developed characters and an intriguing plot. I highly recommend this short cozy mystery especially if you like clean stories. I received an advanced reader copy of this book and I always review every book that I read.

This was a heart wrenching book that I wouldn't normally read but as I got it as an ARC book and was asked to give an honest review in return, that is what I did. The book was very good and well presented. When brand new parents have their baby kidnapped, what do you do? In this case, depend on your Minister who is a good friend and is also very good at solving puzzles. This book is well worth the read and is a short story so you could read it at lunchtime or any spare time you have. I hope you enjoy the book as much as I did.

Another goody.
Totally love these books and becoming involved in the life of the Reverend. The humour of these characters and the way there faith in God is rewarding. Highly recommend.

Anoother winner from my new favorite cozy mystery writer! Full of hope, love, persistance, and friendship this story made me cry and laugh out loud at the ending.

This is a quick story to read. It's ok as far as the mystery is concerned though I like mysteries that keep me guessing.

I cannot imagine what it would be like to have my baby stolen hours after birth, but this is the heartbreak that Devin's friends face when he comes to visit. It is an interesting story, quite plausible because I am sure it happens, especially in small towns where staff shortage or bending of the rules may happen in public service like hospitals or the police. So top marks for a reality check. I also enjoy the fact that Devin is a man true to his calling and no matter how impossible the problem, he is prepared to put his faith in God and do his utmost to try and help. Nice short novella with a good storyline. I received an ARC and this is my honest opinion.
