I lost it when she wrote about something someone said to her when she took part in a juice fast. My mind went into overdrive. Do these people get together in a confined space to do a juice fast, and then compliment each other when hunger delirium kicks in?
And yes, of course the law of attraction made an appearance. And don't ask me how many times the word "magic" was used.
The little bird on the cover should have been a warning sign for "this book is useless to normal people".
