Written by a Filipino author, this book is a good starter point for anyone who is currently working at a job but aspires to have their own business. I think it shows you how to build the business while you're still working and how to prepare yourself and your job for the right time to quit. It also talks about when the wrong times to quit your job are.
The book is in English. As with many Filipino-authored books, there's an element of Catholicism/Christianity. If it's not relevant to you, you may substitute "God" and "tithing" with something else like your own religion, or "charities", etc while reading it.
