Weapons don’t weep…

Calypso is only trying to make it through life, raising her little brother and taking care of her ailing mom. She doesn’t have time for fairytales or pipe dreams, so when two men show up at her door talking about Wonderland, she sends them on their way.
But life has a way of taking trips down rabbit holes…

Cal gets dragged to Wonderland and told she’s the savior of their world. She’s destined to end the reign of the Red Queen, to destroy the Jabberwocky, all while dealing with the teasing grin of the Cheshire Cat.

In this epic conclusion to the trilogy, will Calypso be able to give everything to a world not her own, or will she let it die and Cheshire right along with it?

Let’s go to war…

Kendra Moreno is secretly a spy but when she’s not dealing in secrets and espionage, you can find her writing her latest adventure. She lives in Texas where the summer days will make you melt, and southern charm comes free with every meal. She’s a recovering Road Rager (kind of) and slowly overcoming her Star Wars addiction (nope!), and she definitely didn’t pass on her addiction to her son (she did). She has one hellhound named Mayhem who got tired of guarding the Gates of Hell and now guards her home against monsters. She’s a geek, a mother, a scuba diver, a tyrannosaurus rex, and a wordsmith who sometimes switches out her pen for a sword.

If you see Kendra on the streets, don’t worry: you can distract her with talks about Kylo Ren or Loki.

This was an ok read for me. I didn't feel the connection between the Hero and Heroine. There was too much push and pull. Hero was too snarky and smiley. I couldn't take him seriously. And he didn't even tell her he loved her.

And that ending? Disappointing. I wanted to know about Cal and how they ended up at home and whatnot. But no, the Epilogue was about Clara and Hatter.

And I could've survived the book without the knowledge of Hero sleeping around on Earth to find his "mate" and reading about him in bed with another women prior to meeting the Heroine.

I'm mad. You're mad. We're all mad here.

Well, this was about Wonderland, so that's expected.🤪

The book was about Cheshire the Cat. I liked him in the first two books. He's mysterious and careless, but still a softie. In this, he's changed for the worse. Cheshire was so damn stubborn that I wanted to crawl inside the book just to knock some sense into him! He's so freaking annoying! Good thing he gave in, or did he? I don't know... maybe? 🙄

Overall, it was a good ending as peace finally came to Wonderland with its new hope and new rulers. Although I wish there are more details on how Cheshire and Calypso concluded their story, but theirs is more like an open ending.

Feral as a Cat has actually been one of my most anticipated releases of this year. I have been waiting very impatiently to see what type of woman can tame the grumpy, broody Cheshire Cat and I was not disappointed at all. Calypso is absolutely PURRFECT.

I was on the edge of my seat from beginning to end and so full of emotions that my family probably thought I was nuts.

Keep the tissues close on this one, Kendra definitely sends you on an emotional rollercoaster!

The best part, be prepared for that ending, I was literally screaming with excitement!!

Omg!!!! Loved this series!!! Cal is a fantastic fit for the Cheshire cat. Loved this entire book!!! But that ending!!! I think I jumped for joy after reading that ending. I won't put down any spoilers but cliffhanger/ spinoff. I cannot wait to see what happens next. I hope same characters are in it. Again fantastic story. All 3 books were fantastic.

Simplemente hermoso.
• ¿Atlas matando a los Tweedle? En serio que no me lo esperaba.

The conclusion to the Sons of Wonderland Trilogy. Finally, get to meet Cheshire's mate.

Calypso is thrust into Wonderland with her sick mother and little teenage brother. She is fierce and not one to mess with. She feels a pull and undeniable attraction to Cheshire but his personality is seriously lacking. Soon she discovers the prophecy and what she must do to fulfill her destiny, but victory may come at a cost to her heart.

So things I like about this book. Calypso is by far the fiercest and most fun of the girls so far. She is a kick-ass heroine who will do what she needs to and that starts even before Wonderland. I love her. The ending was interesting. It seemed to end a bit fast but wrapped up everything nicely with a nice little opening at the end for a spinoff series, which I WILL be reading. Also, as with the other two books, the sex was fun and wild and hot.

What really ruined this book for me was Cheshire himself. He is so very toxic. The other heroes of the series were dark in their own ways, but Cheshire is the type I can not stand. Calypso deserved better. Honestly, if his personality was just a little bit likable, then I might have been able to give this book a 5 star. But I stand by my rating as is.

Age recommendation 18+
Graphic sex scenes, violence, gore.

This was great right up to the end. I loved Calypso and Cheshire and their dynamic. I liked the supporting charcters and loved the parts when we saw the characters from the previous books. But the ending was just bad. I hated it and instead this being a 4 or 5 star read it ended being more of a 2.5 stars. Disappointing. In the end I wanted to know about Calypso and Cheshire and how they ended up in Cal's world and how their life looks like. But no, the epilogue was about Clara and Hatter (and I love them but I didn't wanna read about them in Cal's and Cheshire's epiloge). So yeah, this left a bitter taste in my mouth.

I was given an ARC copy of the book in exchange for my review. I have also bought the book. Wow, I love this book. I laughed, cried, yelled, fell in love and was so angry at Cheshire in parts of the book, lol.
I love how the Author kept each book connected, but individual as well. The love story between Cheshire and his mate was a hard one, but so worth fighting for. The fight scenes were epic.
And just when I was worried it was over, Mrs. Moreno pulls out a twist with a spin off. Man, I can't wait for the next book.

In the third and final book of this series, we return to the world that Kendra introduced us to. Chesh's story is a wild ride, for sure, but definitely worth reading. The struggles that Cheshire and Calypso go through will make you laugh, cry, and sometimes give a little scream of anger. The fulfilling of the prophecy makes the journey so very satisfying. Give this series a try - you won't be sorry.

I was anxiously awaiting this release it did not disappoint. The third in the Sons of Wonderland. Cheshire is my favorite character so I was happy for his story to find out the women who would sorta tame him. Cal is a great character and her and Cheshire make a great couple the triad is complete. This is a highly recommended read.

I received a copy from the author my review is my opinion alone.

The best book in the series. I love how bad ass calypso is and the change she goes through in the book. She is perfect for cheshire and shows it.

Kendra plays with a lot of emotion in this book and i think she improved a lot in this one. The writing is great and detailed but not to detailed.
They story is really great but that ending o.o did not see that coming. This can only be a start of something great.

Omg this is a good read. Once again you journey into Wonderland. It is so hard to say which one of the sons of Wonderland I like the most. They are all so well written. This one is out standing. You will fall for someone only to be ready to smack them seconds later. Lots of action, the steamy is even hotter, the adventure is amazing. Have your puffs ready for the end. I hope she blesses us with more tells of wonderland. This is a wonderland that I can wrap my mind around, I will revisit it many times.

This series is such a great read. This is the third book in The Sons of Wonderland. In this we meet Cal (a strong girl that handle her own) and it’s her prophecy to bring down the Red Queen and her Jabberwocky and help save Wonderland.

My thoughts: this was such an amazing read from start to finish. Things go a little different in this story then they have in the past, yes each story is different but this one really wow blew my mind on the different things that happen and I LOVED it!

Prepare to fall down the rabbit hole to Wonderland, one last time…

I expected to cry during some part of this review, loving this world so much and finding it hard to say goodbye, but I didn’t think I’d begin crying as soon as I begun writing this. It seems silly, but it’s rare when a series touches your heart enough to make you cry, even harder when that series feels like it’s a part of your very essence. When I read this series, I feel like I’m coming home; that I’m surrounded by friends and family. I don’t think I can put to words how hard this review is for me to write, because my heart feels so full and happy, but also, I’m sad to say goodbye to Wonderland.

Cheshire was the son I didn’t know whether I’d connect to out of the three. I loved him as a minor character through the two books before Feral as a Cat, but I didn’t know how he’d deal with the prophecy and the idea of a mate. I expected a lot of reluctance, but what I didn’t expect was to read about a kindred spirit. Cheshire has control issues, but for good reason, but beneath that, he’s a complex man who wants nothing more than to be happy. His journey in this book was a hard one to read, because he’s been through and lost so much, and many times in this book I just wanted to smack the silly cat upside the head and show him happiness is right in front of him, within reach, but as you can imagine Chesh doesn’t give in too easily. And his reluctant struggle was beautiful and hilarious to watch.

“And yet, here Cal stands, tall, strong, beautiful, and so full of fire that I want to fan the inferno until she overflows and takes me out with her. But no temptation, no prophecy will force us together.”

And Calypso? I love how strong-willed, witty, and fiery she was. I didn’t know if any woman could be a match for the Cheshire Cat, but after reading this book, Cal has convinced me that she’s more than up for the task. And she’s not going to back down from a challenge.

“Which of us is actually named after a goddess, Pu**y Cat? I think it will be you worshiping me.”

Overall, I’m obsessed with this whole series. I feel so happy I got to live and be a part of Wonderland. Thanks to this series, I was able to have tea with the Hatter, stop time with the White Rabbit, and defend Wonderland with the mischievous Cheshire Cat. If you haven’t fell down the rabbit hole yet, I highly recommend you do, so make sure you start at the beginning and, remember, we’re all mad here <3

all the best people are crazy 💙

Freaking Awesome. This book had it all! i laugh, i cried and i enjoyed myself so much reading this. I was feeling it all baby! The conclusion to this amazing Trilogy wonderland series!!
Calypso gets dragged to the rabbit hole along with her brother and mother and is asked to save wonderland. Sounds crazy until she starts meeting and seeing the madness. She must take out the Queen aka Alice but at a high price. She must give her all including her heart to none other than the cold playboy cheshire the cat..Or is he? Loved it!!! We get a few POVs from the rest of the gang like Hatter and Clara❤️ and a crazy spinoff to an entirely new fairytale!! Action packed, sexy steamy scenes and grab some tissues! Its still dark and beautiful 😭#girlpower#HatterIsStillMine#heyPussyCat

The End! Or is it !?!?!

What an amazing series, this book has it all! Several povs so you can get into the minds of all our favorites, new characters and an amazing ending! I giggled, I got hot and bothered, I cried, I was anxious and relieved and mad ( as a hatter ). I don't want to go into details just read the book, it won't disapoint you, just sad that it ended.

First read Mad as A Hatter and Late As A Rabbit before this one or else you're lost and not in a good way.

“To complete the triangle, one must ask
How the third son wears his mask,
He’ll fight the hold, but best be quick
Or he’ll lose his chance with each tick, tock, tick”

Calypso is the final strike against the evil that has consumed Alice and she has her challenge laid out for her. Nothing about this girl’s adventure both within and out of Wonderland is easy. By far, her tumble down the rabbit hole has been the most turbulent.
Did I like her ? Sure. Was the badassery too on the nose and childish for my liking ? Yup !
It just doesn’t fit with the concept of the story.

I am most moved when the author delves into the darker side of her plot, excellently twisted and a true understanding of how the source of all evil is the slow destruction of a pure soul.
But how she flips from that to such juvenile writing is beyond me !
And what….is with the timing of these sex scenes ?! 🙆🏻‍♀️ it’s just too ridiculously off to take seriously and almost comical.

That being said, Calypso and Cheshire did have some pretty intense sexual chemistry. The author certainly didn’t miss a beat when it came to incorporating the “feral” nature of the cat in their love story. Yeah it was overdone at the worst of times, but it was tolerable.

However I just wasn’t feeling the apparent emotional chemistry the two shared. Ironic that Cheshire’s love story seemed so forced, given that he fought against fate and prophesy the most. I honestly felt more of an emotional inclination from Cheshire towards Clara throughout the series. He couldn’t bear the thought of letting her drift off into danger but just abandoned his own apparent soulmate at such obvious risk ?

“Don’t give up, Calypso. Hearts are feral creatures. Sometimes, it takes a little time to convince them of their feelings.”

And oh did it TAKE time ! I guess the author was gunning for a “fight for what you love” type trope with these two but it was just the anti-hero being dismissive of the heroine in the name of fighting his feelings for her own safety 🙄 ugh! Spare me !

“I remind myself that if I have to leave my heart behind in Wonderland, it’s okay.
After all, doesn’t the saviour always leave a piece of themselves behind in the story books ?”

The ending (and I mean the very END) was redeeming, but I enjoyed little of the build up so it wasn’t as satisfying as it could’ve been. The constant switch between a hallmark movie type dialogue between the characters to dark gory fantasy themed writing just gave me whiplash, figuratively.

“Open a new door and be a Darling.
Pick the second star to the right,
And fly straight on until morning”

Now if you know where that leads, you know why I can’t resist the next series despite having an unfulfilling reading experience overall 😩
This author knows how to bait you with your childhood faves and let you down with rushed writing and terrible pacing but the potential you see just keeps you going and I just…hate it ? Love it ? I’m not sure.
Guess I’ll have to keep reading to find out. Sigh…
